SIR-2026: उपायुक्त ने डुमरी प्रखंड सह अंचल कार्यालय स्थित विशेष शिविर का किया निरीक्षण

मतदाताओं से संबंधित मामलों के निष्पादन एवं दस्तावेज सत्यापन की ली जानकारी, अधिकारियों को समयबद्ध कार्रवाई के दिए निर्देश

गुमला : – गुमला जिला में भारत निर्वाचन आयोग के निर्देशानुसार मतदाता सूची विशेष गहन पुनरीक्षण ( एस आई आर ) – 2026 के तहत जिले में संचालित विशेष शिविरों एवं सुनवाई प्रक्रिया की जमीनी स्थिति का जायजा लेने के उद्देश्य से जिला निर्वाचन पदाधिकारी-सह-उपायुक्त, गुमला दिलेश्वर महतो ने आज डुमरी प्रखंड सह अंचल कार्यालय का दौरा किया। इस दौरान उन्होंने कार्यालय परिसर में आयोजित विशेष शिविर में भाग लेते हुए SIR-2026 के तहत संचालित कार्यों की जानकारी ली। मौके पर प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारी, डुमरी सहित संबंधित पदाधिकारी एवं कर्मी उपस्थित रहे।

उपायुक्त ने शिविर में प्राप्त मामलों, नोटिस से संबंधित प्रकरणों, मतदाताओं द्वारा प्रस्तुत किए गए दस्तावेजों, दस्तावेजों के सत्यापन तथा मामलों के निष्पादन की प्रगति की जानकारी ली। उन्होंने संबंधित पदाधिकारियों से लंबित मामलों की स्थिति एवं उनके निष्पादन के लिए की जा रही कार्रवाई के संबंध में भी जानकारी प्राप्त की।

निरीक्षण के दौरान उपायुक्त ने अधिकारियों एवं कर्मियों को निर्देश दिया कि SIR-2026 के तहत प्राप्त प्रत्येक मामले की जांच उपलब्ध दस्तावेजों एवं संबंधित अभिलेखों के आधार पर निर्धारित निर्वाचन प्रक्रिया के अनुरूप की जाए। उन्होंने कहा कि जिन मामलों में अतिरिक्त दस्तावेज अथवा स्पष्टीकरण की आवश्यकता है, संबंधित मतदाताओं को इसकी स्पष्ट जानकारी उपलब्ध कराई जाए, ताकि प्रक्रिया में अनावश्यक विलंब न हो।

उन्होंने लंबित मामलों की नियमित समीक्षा करते हुए निर्धारित समय-सीमा के भीतर निष्पादन सुनिश्चित करने का निर्देश दिया। साथ ही, फील्ड स्तर पर सामने आने वाले कठिन अथवा विशेष मामलों में आवश्यकतानुसार वरीय पदाधिकारियों से मार्गदर्शन प्राप्त कर नियमानुसार कार्रवाई करने को कहा।

उपायुक्त ने विशेष शिविर में उपस्थित अधिकारियों एवं कर्मियों को निर्देशित किया कि शिविर में आने वाले मतदाताओं को SIR-2026 की प्रक्रिया से संबंधित आवश्यक जानकारी सरल एवं स्पष्ट रूप से उपलब्ध कराई जाए। उन्होंने कहा कि प्रत्येक मामले में निर्धारित निर्वाचन नियमों एवं दिशा-निर्देशों के अनुरूप निष्पक्ष एवं पारदर्शी कार्रवाई सुनिश्चित की जाए तथा पात्र मतदाताओं को अनावश्यक परेशानी का सामना न करना पड़े।

उपायुक्त ने अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिया कि शिविरों में प्राप्त मामलों की नियमित मॉनिटरिंग की जाए और दस्तावेज सत्यापन सहित सभी प्रक्रियाओं को निर्धारित समय-सीमा के भीतर पूरा किया जाए।
