मोदी काल में ईंधन की कीमतों में सबसे कम 30 फीसदी वृद्धि हुई, 80 फीसदी नहीं: पुरी

पेट्रोल-डीजल की कीमतों में वृद्धि को लेकर अजीबोगरीब तर्क गढ़े जा रहे हैं. पेट्रोल-डीजल की बढ़ती कीमतों पर केंद्रीय मंत्री हरदीप सिंह पुरी ने सरकार का पक्ष रखते हुए कहा कि मोदी काल में ईंधन की कीमतों में वृद्धि सबसे कम 30 फीसदी हुई है, 80 फीसदी नहीं, जबकि मूल वेतन में दशकों से लगातार बढ़ोतरी हुई है। इसके साथ ही सरकार विभिन्न श्रेणियों के तहत लोगों को मुफ्त योजनाएं दे रही है।

 मोदी राज में सबसे कम 30 फीसदी की वृद्धि हुई

मंत्री ने यह भी कहा कि यूक्रेन में सैन्य कार्रवाई हुई जिससे तेल की कीमतें 19.56 डॉलर प्रति बैरल से बढ़कर 130 डॉलर हो गईं। उन्होंने कहा कि मोदी राज में सबसे कम 30 फीसदी हुई वृद्धि, लेकिन लोगों की बेसिक सैलरी भी तो बढ़ी है. पुरी ने कहा कि हम अभी भी महामारी से उबर नहीं पाए हैं। अभी भी 80 करोड़ लोगों को भोजन दे रहे हैं और टीके लगा रहे हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि केंद्र ने पेट्रोल-डीजल पर 32 रुपये उत्पाद शुल्क लगाया, दिवाली से पहले हमने इसे घटाया और दरें कम हुई थीं।  

राज्यों को भी अपनी जिम्मेवारी लेनी चाहिए

मंत्री कहा कि पीएम लगातार कोशिश कर रहे हैं कि तेल के दाम कम हों, उन्होंने आजीविका के मुद्दे से संबंधित सहकारी संघवाद की सर्वोत्तम भावना दिखाई है। बोझ का बंटवारा समान नहीं होना चाहिए, केंद्र ने ईंधन क्षेत्र में अपनी जिम्मेदारी संभाली है। राज्यों को भी जिम्मेदारी लेनी चाहिए। मंत्री ने कहा कि हम ईरान जैसे खाड़ी देशों के करीब स्थित हैं, जहां बहुत सारा तेल है। हमारे रूस के साथ ऊर्जा संबंध हैं, हम उनसे कच्चा तेल खरीदते हैं लेकिन हमारा कुल आयात 0.2 फीसदी से अधिक नहीं है, हम शर्तों के अनुसार खरीदने के लिए तैयार हैं।
