नियोजन नीति रद्द होने के बाद पक्ष-विपक्ष में तकरार, सीएम के नेतृत्व में यूपीए प्रतिनिधिमंडल राज्यपाल से मिला, भाजपा नहीं हुई शामिल ,

रांचीः झारखंड हाईकोर्ट से नियोजन नीति रद्द होने पर सदन से लेकर सड़क तक हंगामा शुरू हो चुका है. हेमंत सरकार इस मामले में पूरी तरह से उलझती जा रही है. मंगलवार को सदन में नियोजन नीति को लेकर विपक्ष ने सरकार को घेरा. मुख्यमंत्री हेमंत सोरेन विपक्ष को शांत करने में विफल रहे. इधर, यूपीए प्रतिनिधिमंडल ने राज्यपाल से मिलकर यह मांग की है कि दोनों विधेयकों को जल्द से जल्द नौंवी अनुसूची में शामिल कराने के लिए केंद्र सरकार को भेजने का काम किया जाये, ताकि झारखंड के युवाओं, आदिवासी मूलवासियों को उनका हक व अधिकार मिल सके। सीएम ने कहा कि 1932 आधारित खतियान और ओबीसी आरक्षण को लेकर भाजपा को छोड़ बाकी सभी राजनीतिक दल हमारे साथ हैं। भाजपा के प्रदेश अध्यक्ष दीपक प्रकाश ने राजभवन नहीं जाने के कारणों से संबंधित एक पत्र सीएम को लिखा है.

युवाओं को अधिकार दिलाने के लिए कटिबद्ध है सरकार

यह बातें आज राजभवन से निकलने के बाद मुख्यमंत्री हेमंत सोरेन ने मीडिया को संबोधित करते हुए कही। सीएम के नेतृत्व में यूपीए का प्रतिनिधिमंडल आज राजभवन पहुंचा था। इसके बाद सदन के बाहर मीडिया से मुखातिब होते हुए सीएम ने कहा कि झारखंड के युवाओं को उनका हक व अधिकार दिलाने के लिए पहले भी कई बार नीतियां बनी हैं, लेकिन हर बार हाईकोर्ट ने नीतियों को रद्द कर दिया है। इस बार भी हमने ऐसा प्रयास किया, लेकिन इस बार भी ऐसा ही हुआ। उन्होंने कहा कि मुझे पहले से आभास था कि कुछ ऐसी शक्तियां झारखंड के आदिवासी-मूलवासी के अधिकारों को रोकने का काम करेंगी। सीएम ने कहा कि आपको आश्चर्य होगा कि जिन लोगों ने आपत्ति दर्ज कराई है, उसमें 20 लोगों में से एक को छोड़कर बाकी सभी दूसरे राज्य के हैं। इस विधेयक को हमने 9वीं अनूसूची में डालने का आग्रह किया है, ताकि इस राज्य के लोगों का भविष्य सुरक्षित हो सके।

दोनों विधेयकों पर राज्यपाल विचार करेंगे

सीएम ने आगे कहा कि अभी ये चीजें यहीं पर नहीं रुकेगी। हमारा प्रयास है कि आपको आपका अधिकार मिले। इस नियोजन नीति के तहत 7 लाख से अधिक बच्चों ने आवेदन किया था। वो बच्चे काफी निराश है। हम उनके प्रति काफी गंभीर हैं। कोई ना कोई वैकल्पिक तरीका निकाला जा रहा है। वे नियोजन नीति को लेकर किसी प्रकार की चिंता नहीं करें। सरकार ने आज राज्यपाल से मिलकर इस बात को रखा है कि नियोजन नीति में किसी भी तरह का उल्लंघन नहीं किया गया. हेमंत सोरेन ने कहा कि मुलाकात के दौरान राज्यपाल ने आश्वस्त किया है कि दोनों विधेयकों पर वे गंभीरतापूर्वक विचार कर रहे हैं। राज्यपाल कबतक विचार करेंगे,यह अभी स्पष्ट नहीं है.
