लोगों को वैक्सीन लेने के लिए प्रोत्साहित किया जा रहा है, पर सेंटर्स पर उपलब्ध नहीं वैक्सीन, सीएस को नहीं पता, लोगों की परेशानी बढ़ी

रांची: जिले में कोरोना की आहट से राज्य सरकार भी एलर्ट मोड में आ गई है. झारखडं का स्वास्थ्य विभाग कोरोना के मद्देनजर अस्पतालों में मॉक ड्रिल कर रहा है। लोगों को वैक्सीन लेने के लिए प्रोत्साहित किया जा रहा है, लेकिन वैक्सीन उपलब्ध है या नहीं…अगर है तो कहां और कैसे मिलेगी, यह बतानेवाला कोई नहीं है। रांची शहरी क्षेत्र में बनाए  गए वैक्सीन सेंटर में कोविशिल्ड और कोर्विवैक्स वैक्सीन नहीं रहने के कारण लोग बुस्टर डोज से वंचित हैं। वैसे तो रांची जिले के शहरी इलाके में स्वास्थ्य विभाग की ओर से 44 वैक्सीन सेंटर चलाए जा रहे हैं। लोग कोरोना की आशंका दहशत में हैं. लोग एक-दूसरे से सेंटर्स के बारे में पूछताछ करते देखे जा सकते हैं.

वैक्सीन सेंटर्स में उपलब्ध नहीं है बूस्टर डोज

चीन में कोरोना के कहर से भारत भी चौकन्ना जरूर हो गई है, पर अस्पतालों और वैक्सीन की कमी से जूझ रहे गांव से लेकर शहर तक के लोग डरे-सहमे नजर आने लगे हैं. कोराना की चौथी लहर और स्वास्थ्य विभाग की ओर से जारी अलर्ट के बाद लोग अभी से परहेज करने लगे हैं. खास कर बूढ़े-बुजूर्ग लोग जल्द से जल्द बूस्टर डोज लगवा लेना चाहते हैं. दरअसल, वैक्सीन के विकल्प उनके लिए हैं, जो पहली बार वैक्सीन लेने जा रहे हैं। समस्या उनके साथ है जो कोविशिल्ड या कोर्विवैक्स का पहला डोज ले चुके हैं। दूसरे डोज की तारीख भी आ चुकी है, लेकिन वैक्सीन उपलब्ध नहीं होने की वजह से वे सेकेंड डोज नहीं ले सके हैं। खोजबीन के बाद जब लोग वैक्सीन सेंटर्स पहुंचते हैं तो, पता चलता है कि यहां बूस्टर डोज अभी पहुंचा ही नहीं है. इसके कारण ओल्डएज के लोग भयभीत हैं.

सीएस ने वैक्सीन नहीं होने की बात स्वीकारी

दुखद स्थिति तो ये है कि इस संबंध में रांची जिले के सिविल सर्जन डॉ विनोद कुमार ने भी माना है कि दो वैक्सीन ऐसे हैं, जो सेंटर्स पर उपलब्ध नहीं हैं। कोविशिल्ड और कोर्विवैक्स वैक्सीन के लिए रिक्विजेशन एनएचएम को भेज दिया गया है, पर ये दोनों वैक्सीन कब सेंटर्स में उपलब्ध होंगे, इसके बारे में वह कुछ नहीं बता पाए हैं. वहीं सदर में अस्पताल में आयोजित मॉक ड्रिल के मौके पर वैक्सीन की उपलब्धता को लेकर पूछे गए सवाल के जवाब में स्वास्थ्य मंत्री बन्ना गुप्ता ने कहा है कि केंद्रीय राज्य मंत्री से बात हुई है। लेकिन उनसे क्या बात हुई यह वो नहीं बता पाए. हालांकि वे यह दावा करने से नहीं चूक रहे कि कोरोना से लड़ने के लिए स्वास्थ्य विभाग पूरी तरह से तैयार है। अब वैक्सीन कबतक रांची के सेंटर्स में उपलब्ध होगी, यह कहना फिलहाल मुश्किल है.
