टेरर फंडिंग मामले में कारोबारियों की बढ़ी मुश्किलें, जीएम के सलाखों के पीछे जाने के बाद भी अधिकारी नहीं सुधरे अपराधियों को आर्थिक सहायता पहुंचाने की सूचना
पिपरवार, 3 जनवरी : पिपरवार, मगध- आम्रपाली कोयला परियोजना की टेरर फंडिंग से जुड़े एनआईए ने फरवरी 2018 में लिया था केस।
बता दें कि एनआईए ने चतरा जिले के टंडवा थाना में दर्ज प्राथमिकी को फरवरी 2018 को टेकओवर किया। अनुसंधान करते हुए 17 आरोपियों के खिलाफ चार्जशीट दाखिल की है। इसमें खुलासा कर चुकी है कि सीसीएल, पुलिस, उग्रवादी व शांति समिति के बीच समन्वय से टेरर फंडिंग हो रही थी। तृतीय प्रस्तुति कमेटी (टीपीसी) को फंड देने की पुष्टि हुई है। टीपीसी को लेवी देने के लिए ही उसने ऊंची दर पर मगध और आम्रपाली प्रोजेक्ट से कोयला ढुलाई का ठेका लिया था। झारखंड में एनआईए ने पहला केस 2012 में दर्ज किया था। वर्तमान में कुल 24 केस में सुनवाई चल रही है, लेकिन एक भी मामले में फैसला नहीं आ सका है।
मुकदमे का सामना कर रहे आधुनिक पावर कंपनी के तत्कालीन एमडी महेश अग्रवाल, कारोबारी विनीत अग्रवाल, अमित अग्रवाल, सुदेश केडिया समेत अन्य आरोपियों की मुश्किलें बढ़ गई हैं। सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने एनआईए की विशेष अदालत के जज को मुकदमे की सुनवाई प्राथमिकता के
आधार पर एक साल के अंदर पूरी करने का आदेश दिया है। इसके बाद एनआईए कोर्ट ने सुनवाई डे- टू-डे शुरू कर दी है । छुट्टियों को कर दी है। छुट्टियों को छोड़कर सभी दिनों में गवाही एनआईए को सुनिश्चित करनी है। गवाहों के नहीं आने से परीक्षण स्थगित न हो, इस पर विशेष ध्यान देने को कहा गया है।
मामले में इन आरोपियों पर होगा आरोप गठन
मामले में महेश अग्रवाल, सुदेश केडिया, विनीत अग्रवाल, अमित अग्रवाल एवं अजय कुमार उर्फ अजय सिंह के खिलाफ जल्द ही आरोप गठित किया जाएगा। पिछले महीने आरोपी विनीत अग्रवाल की आरोप मुक्त याचिका अदालत ने खारिज कर दी थी। हालांकि मामले में अन्य आरोपियों के खिलाफ दर्ज की गवाही को उक्त आरोपियों के रिकॉर्ड पर लाया जा रहा है। विनोद गंझू, बिरबल गंझू, प्रदीप राम समेत अन्य आरोपियों के खिलाफ सितंबर 2019 में आरोप गठित किया गया था। मामले में पहली गवाही 25 नवंबर 2019 को दर्ज की गई थी।
