खलारी – स्वच्छ भारत मिशन को लेकर बीडीओ ने की बैठक

डकरा, 05 जनवरी : प्रखण्ड विकास पदाधिकारी खलारी लेखराज नाग की अध्यक्षता में गुरुवार को प्रखण्ड कार्यालय में स्वच्छ भारत मिशन से संबंधित बैठक किया गया। जिसमें बीपीओ बिनय कुमार गुप्ता,प्रखंड समन्वयक प्रमोद कुमार, लपरा और मायापुर पंचायत से मुखिया पुतुल देवी व पुष्पा खलखो, पंचायत सचिव परिक्षित महतो,रोजगार सेवक विश्वरंजन कुमार, लालमोहन राम उपस्थित हुए। बैठक में लपरा एवं मायापुर पंचायत के गाँवों को आदर्श गाँव बनाने के संबंध में कार्य योजना पर विचार विमर्श किया गया। बताया गया कि ठोस कचरा पदार्थ और तरल कचरा पदार्थ को लेकर जो बेहतर कार्य करेंगे उनको विभाग द्वारा रेटिंग दिया जाएगा। आदर्श ग्राम से संबंधित छः मानदंड जारी की गई है। इन मानदण्डों में ओडीएफ प्लस ग्राम घोषित करने के लिए स्टार रेटिंग तय की गई है
जिसमें सभी मानदण्डों को पूरा करने वाले ग्राम को क्रमशः एक सितारा, तीन सितारा एवं पाँच सितारा रेटिंग दी जाएगी। एक सितारा रेटिंग के लिए गांव के सभी परिवारों के पास कार्यात्मक शौचालय, गांव के सभी स्कूल,आंगनवाड़ी केंद्र, पंचायत घरों में पुरुष और महिला के लिए अलग-अलग शौचालयों के साथ कार्यात्मक शौचालय की सुविधा उपलब्ध होना एवं गांव में ठोस अपशिष्ट प्रबंधन या तरल अपशिष्ट प्रबंधन की व्यवस्था होना अनिवार्य है। वहीं तीन सितारा रेटिंग के लिए गांव के सभी परिवारों के पास कार्यात्मक शौचालय, गांव के सभी स्कूल, आंगनवाड़ी केंद्र, पंचायत घरों में पुरुष और महिला के लिए अलग-अलग शौचालयों के साथ कार्यात्मक शौचालय की सुविधा, ठोस अपशिष्ट प्रबंधन की व्यवस्था एवं तरल अपशिष्ट प्रबंधन की व्यवस्था होना है। जबकि पाँच सितारा रेटिंग के लिए गांव के सभी परिवारों के पास कार्यात्मक शौचालय, गांव के सभी स्कूल, आंगनवाड़ी केंद्र, पंचायत घरों में पुरुष और महिला के लिए अलग-अलग शौचालयों के साथ कार्यात्मक शौचालय की सुविधा उपलब्ध होना, गाँव के सभी सार्वजनिक स्थानों पर कम से कम कूड़ा, न्यूनतम स्थिर अपशिष्ट जल और सार्वजनिक स्थान पर कोई प्लास्टिक कचरा डंप नहीं देखा गया हो, ठोस अपशिष्ट प्रबंधन की व्यवस्था, तरल अपशिष्ट प्रबंधन की व्यवस्था, दीवार पेंटिंग, होर्डिंग आदि के माध्यम से गांव को ओडीएफ प्लस आईईसी संदेशों को प्रमुखता से प्रदर्शित करना चाहिए अनिवार्य बताया गया है।
अगले चरण में अन्य पंचायत के गाँवों को भी इसमें शामिल किया जाएगा।
