झारखंड में खेलकूद की तरह मजदूरी में भी पुरुषों से आगे निकल गई महिलाएं, मनरेगा में पिछले तीन साल में महिला श्रमिकों की संख्या में हुई बढ़ोतरी

रांची : झारखंड के ग्रामीण क्षेत्र में ग्रामीणों को रोजगार उपलब्ध कराने के मकसद से मनरेगा के तहत वित्तीय वर्ष 2022-23 में अबतक नौ करोड़ मानव दिवस का सृजन किया जा चुका है। 2019-20 में यह संख्या सात करोड़ थी। वहीं कोरोना कालखंड में राज्य सरकार ने गांव के लोगों की आजीविका सुरक्षित रखने के लिए वर्ष 2020-21 में 1150 और वर्ष 2021-22 में 1105 लाख मानव दिवस सृजन किया ताकि, लोगों का जीवन और जीविका दोनों सुरक्षित रह सके। झारखंड में मनरेगा में पिछले तीन साल में महिला श्रमिकों की संख्या के बढ़ोतरी दर्ज की गई है। इसका सबसे अधिक लाभ उन महिलाओं को मिल रहा है जो सिंगल, तलाकशुदा या जो बिल्कुल बेसहारा है। 2019-2020 में महिला श्रमिकों का प्रतिशत 41.31 था, जबकि वर्ष 2020-21 में 42.56, 2021-22 में 45.58 एवं 2022-23 में अबतक 47.1 महिलाओं को हर दिन काम मिल रहा है। झारखंड में खेलकूद की तरह मजदूरी में भी पुरुषों से आगे निकल गई है.

पलायन पर थोड़ा अंकुश लगा है
झारखंड के ग्रामीण परिवेश में रहनेवाली अधिकतर महिलाओं ने मनरेगा को अपनी जीविका को सर्वोत्तम माना है. महिलाओं का कहना है कि मनरेगा का सबसे बड़ा फायदा यह है कि अपने घर-गांव के आसपास ही काम मिल जाता है. इससे कुछ पैसे मिल जाते हैं और अकेलापन भी दूर होता है. लेकिन मनरेगा की राशि बढ़नी चाहिए. एक मनरेगाकर्मी महिला ने बताया कि मनरेगा में मजदूरी मिलने से हमारे गांव की बेटियां अब पलायन करने से थोड़ा परहेज करती हैं. गांवों में विचरण करनेवाले कई दलालों को यहां से बैरंग वापस लौटना पड़ रहा है. यह अच्छा संकेत है.

निर्माण कार्य में भी बढ़त दर्ज की गई

झारखंड में विगत तीन वर्ष में निर्माण कार्य को पूर्ण करने में भी बढ़त दर्ज की गई है। 2019-20 में 3,53,275 कार्य पूर्ण हुए थे, जबकि, 2020-21 में 4,96,723, 2021-22 में 5,38,759 एवं 2022-23 में अबतक 5,27,368 निर्माण कार्य पूर्ण कर लिया गया है। मुख्यमंत्री हेमंत सोरेन के निर्देश पर ग्रामीणों के अनुरूप कार्य का सृजन होना भी मजदूरों के लिए राहत की बात है। इससे महिलाओं की भागीदारी भी तेजी से बढ़ी है। मनरेगाकर्मी महिलाओं ने मनरेगा आयुक्त राजेश्वरी बी के कामकाज के तरीके को काफी पसंद कर रही हैं. शायद यही कारण है कि महिला श्रमिकों की संख्या काफी बढ़ोतरी हुई है.
