रांची: हेमंत सरकार की ताजा नियोजन नीति के खिलाफ सत्ताधारी दल झामुमो के गढ़ संतालपरगना और कोल्हान में युवाओं का आंदोलन तेज हो रहा है। नियोजन नीति और 60:40 के आरक्षण फार्मूले के विरोध में शनिवार को संतालपरगना के छह जिलों में बंद से आम जनजीवन प्रभावित रहा। बंद का सबसे ज्यादा असर झारखंड की उप राजधानी दुमका और साहिबगंज में देखने को मिला। गोड्डा-पाकुड़ में असरकारक तो, देवघर में बंद का प्रभाव थोड़ा कम दिखा। हजारों की संख्या में छात्र सुबह से ही सड़कों पर उतर आये और सरकार के खिलाफ नारेबाजी करते हुए बंद को सफल बनाने में जुट गये। निजी वाहनों का परिचालन भी बुरी तरह प्रभावित रहा।
बाहरी को 40 फीसद आरक्षण देना अनुचित
संतालपरगना के छह जिले में बंद का कॉल दिया गया था। 1932 के खतियान आधारित नियोजन नीति बनाने और 60:40 के आरक्षण नीति को रद्द करने को लेकर छात्र समन्वय समिति ने एक अप्रैल को बंद का कॉल दिया था। वहीं तीन अप्रैल को कोल्हान के सरायकेला खरसावां जिले में विरोध मार्च का निर्णय किया गया है। यह भी चेतावनी दी गई है कि जल्द सरकार ने निर्णय नहीं किया तो, राज्य स्तर पर आंदोलन चलाया जायेगा। छात्रों का कहना है कि बाहरी को 40 फीसद आरक्षण देना अनुचित है। इस क्रम में दोपहर ने पुलिस प्रशासन ने करीब ढाई सौ आंदोलनकारियों को हिरासत में लिया जिन्हें शाम में छोड़ दिया गया। इधर मूलवासी सदान मोर्चा ने छात्रों के आंदोलन का समर्थन करते हुए दुमका में रोस्टर में ओबीसी के आरक्षण को शून्य किये जाने का विरोध किया है। मोर्चा ने दुमका में चार अप्रैल को नुक्कड़ सभा और पांच अप्रैल को मशाल जुलूस निकालने का एलान किया है।
