धनबाद: 12 सालों से ताले में बंद अपनी ऐतिहासिक धरोहर के इतिहास-भूगोल की सही जानकारी भी नहीं रखते कांग्रेसी…?

हेमंत सरकार में कांग्रेस साढ़े तीन सालों से झारखंड सरकार में शामिल है. कांग्रेस कोटे से 4 मंत्री भी हैं. सरकार में उनकी हनक है, फिर भी कार्यालय में पिछले 12 सालों से ताला बंद है. वर्तमान में कार्यालय की हालत देखकर कांग्रेसियों की खादी पर दाग दिखने लगे हैं. कार्यालय परिसर जंगल में तब्दील हो गया है. वैसे तो बुधवार को कांग्रेस के सत्याग्रह के कार्यक्रम में राहुल गांधी के खिलाफ हो रही कथित साजिश के खिलाफ था, लेकिन कार्यालय बंदी का मामला इस पर भारी दिखा.

धनबाद : धनबाद के कांग्रेसियों को 12 सालों से ताले में बंद अपनी ऐतिहासिक धरोहर का इतिहास, भूगोल भी नहीं मालूम है. बुधवार को प्रदेश प्रभारी अविनाश पांडे मंच से यह कह रहे थे कि ताले में बंद कांग्रेस कार्यालय की आधारशिला पूर्व प्रधानमंत्री आयरन लेडी श्रीमती इंदिरा गांधी ने रखी थी. लेकिन सच्चाई यह है कि इसकी आधारशिला धनबाद जिला कांग्रेस के पहले अध्यक्ष रंगलाल चौधरी ने रखी थी. यह बात सच है कि श्रीमती इंदिरा गांधी इस कार्यालय में आई थी, लेकिन वह कार्यालय की आधारशिला रखने नहीं, कार्यालय बनने के बाद आई थी. उनके आने का मकसद था कि उस समय के सर्वाधिक चर्चित और कद्दावर कांग्रेस नेता बीपी सिन्हा की स्मृति में एक पुस्तकालय का शिलान्यास करना. कार्यालय परिसर में शिलापट्ट आज भी मौजूद है. जबकि मंच से इन बातों की कोई चर्चा नहीं की गई. सवाल उठता है कि जानबूझकर प्रदेश प्रभारी को गलत जानकारी दी गई या कांग्रेस कार्यालय के इतिहास की जानकारी धनबाद के कांग्रेसियों को है ही नहीं.

आयोजन के पूूूर्व खोज-खबर क्यों नहीं ली गई?

बता दें कि बुधवार से एक दिन पहले कार्यालय खुलवाने के लिए बुजुर्ग कांग्रेसियों ने भी धरना दिया था. तो क्या उन बुजुर्ग कांग्रेसियों को भी कांग्रेस की ऐतिहासिक धरोहर धनबाद जिला कांग्रेस कार्यालय के इतिहास की जानकारी नहीं थी? अगर जानकारी नहीं थी तो, आयोजन के पहले इसकी खोज-खबर क्यों नहीं ली गई, ये अहम सवाल है. प्रदेश प्रभारी की उद्घोषणा के बाद तो यह प्रश्न भी उठ रहा है कि क्या एक जिम्मेवार व्यक्ति को कुछ बोलने से पहले उसकी जांच-पड़ताल नहीं करनी चाहिए थी? क्या गलत जानकारी देने के खिलाफ अब धनबाद जिला कांग्रेस के पदाधिकारियों से पूछताछ की जाएगी या जिस तरह से कार्यालय में ताला बंद है, उसी तरह से इस सवाल को भी ताले में बंद कर दिया जाएगा.

बन्ना गुप्ता ने एक बार ताला तोड़वाया था

दरअसल, 12 सालों से बंद धनबाद जिला कांग्रेस कार्यालय खुलवाने की कभी ठोस पहल नहीं की गई. इसके पहले भी मंत्री बन्ना गुप्ता आए थे. उसके बाद उनकी ललकार पर कांग्रेस के एक नेता ने कार्यालय का ताला तोड़ दिया था. हल्ला मचने के बाद फिर से ताला बंद हो गया. उस समय भी कार्यालय नहीं खुला. बन्ना गुप्ता ने कहा कि अगर प्रदेश प्रभारी कहें तो, वह अभी मंत्री पद से इस्तीफा देकर कार्यालय का ताला तोड़कर धनबाद जिला कांग्रेस के हवाले कार्यालय को कर देते हैं. हालांकि बाद में उन्होंने मंच से उतरने के बाद इस बात को संभाला और कहा कि वह एक संवैधानिक पद पर हैं, ऐसे में कानूनी प्रक्रियाओं को पूरा करने के बाद ही इसे खोला जा सकता है.

क्या कार्यालय का मामला कैबिनेट में गूंजेगा…?

जानकारी के अनुसार कांग्रेस नेताओं ने मुकदमे को वापस ले लिया था, इसलिए अब मामला सबजुडिस भी नहीं है. जिला परिषद पूर्व में बाजार दर के आधार पर कार्यालय हैंड ओवर करने को तैयार था. लेकिन कांग्रेसियों ने स्वीकार नहीं किया. उनका कहना था कि लीज पर जमीन लेने के बाद कांग्रेसियों के खर्चों से भवन का निर्माण हुआ है. ऐसे में वह वर्तमान दर पर कार्यालय भाड़े पर नहीं लेंगे. यही मामला फंस गया है, फिर यह मामला रांची पहुंचा. रांची से लौटकर धनबाद जिला परिषद आया. बताया गया कि मामला अब कैबिनेट में जा सकता है और वहां से पास होने के बाद ही कोई निर्णय संभव है.देखना है बुधवार की घोषणा के बाद आगे क्या होता है.
