गिरिडीह के राजस्व संबंधी कार्यों की समीक्षा बैठक में डीसी ने कहा-लंबित राजस्व मामलों को जल्द निबटाएं

गिरिडीह: जिले के उपायुक्त नमन प्रियेश लकड़ा ने अपने कार्यालय प्रकोष्ठ में राजस्व संबंधी कार्यों को लेकर समीक्षा बैठक की। बैठक में मुख्य रूप से राजस्व, नीलामपत्र वाद एवं दाखिल-खारिज के लंबित मामलों से सम्बंधित किये जा रहे कार्यों के सम्बंध में विस्तृत चर्चा की गयी। इसमें मुख्य रूप से उत्पाद विभाग मत्स्य विभाग, परिवहन विभाग,खनन विभाग, निबंधन विभाग, विद्युत विभाग तथा अंचलवार राजस्व वसूली, ऑनलाइन दाखिल-खारिज मामले, अवैध जमाबंदी सहित अन्यान्य विषयों पर बिंदुवार समीक्षा की गई।

लंबित दाखिल-खारिज मामलों को निष्पादित करने का निर्देश

बैठक के दौरान डीसी ने राजस्व संग्रहण सहित अन्य संबंधित मामलों के विस्तार पूर्वक जानकारी लेते हुए संबंधित मामलों पर उचित कार्यवाही करने का निर्देश दिया। साथ ही मासिक राजस्व वसूली की समीक्षा की गयी। जिसमें उन्होंने निर्धारित लक्ष्य को पूर्ण करने का निर्देश दिया। बैठक में उपायुक्त ने ऑनलाइन दाखिल-खारिज मामलों की समीक्षा की। समीक्षा के क्रम में उन्होंने लंबित दाखिल खारिज मामलों को निष्पादित करने का निर्देश दिया। साथ ही अवैध जमाबंदी संबंधित मामलों की समीक्षा के क्रम में अंचल अधिकारियों को दिशा-निर्देश दिये।

अंचलाधिकारी नियमित रूप से बैठक करें

मौके पर डीसी ने कहा कि राजस्व कार्यों को प्राथमिकता देते हुए निर्धारित लक्ष्यों को समयबद्ध तरीके से राजस्व अधिकारी पूरा करें, ताकि लोगों को अपने राजस्व से संबंधित मामलों में त्वरित न्याय मिल सके। उन्होंने कहा कि राजस्व विभाग सीधे तौर पर आम आदमी से जुड़ा हुआ है। इसलिए राजस्व अधिकारी लोगों को बेहतर सुविधाएं प्रदान करने के लिए कार्य करें। राजस्व मामलों को तेजी से निपटाने के बारे में विभिन्न उपायों पर विचार-विमर्श किया गया। उन्होंने राजस्व अधिकारियों को भूमि से संबंधित सभी मामलों को समयबद्ध निपटाने के निर्देश दिए। डीसी ने सभी अंचलाधिकारियों को निर्देश दिया कि अंचल स्तर पर भी अधिकारियों के साथ नियमित रूप से बैठकें करें, ताकि लंबित पड़े राजस्व मामलों को शीघ्रता से निपटाया जा सके। बैठक में अपर समाहर्ता विल्सन भेंगरा, सभी अनुमंडल पदाधिकारी, गिरिडीह जिला, सभी अंचलाधिकारी, गिरिडीह जिला व अन्य संबंधित अधिकारी उपस्थित थे।
