गिरिडीह डीसी ने जारी किया निर्देश: एक हफ्ते चलेगा कोविड जांच शिविर,आज से शुरू, 23 अप्रैल तक चलेगा अभियान

गिरिडीह : उपायुक्त-सह-जिला दंडाधिकारी नमन प्रियेश लकड़ा के निर्देश के बाद जिले में कोरोना के बढ़ते प्रभाव और उसकी रोकथाम को लेकर कोविड-19 की जांच के लिए शिविर का आयोजन किया जा रहा है। जिसमें अधिक से अधिक लोगों का कोविड-19 की जांच करायी जा रही है। यह शिविर आज से 23 अप्रैल, यानी एक हफ्ते तक संचालित किया जायेगा। इसके लिए जिला अंतर्गत सभी प्रखण्डों के विभिन्न चिन्हित स्थलों पर सोमवार से कोविड-19 की जांच के लिए शिविर का आयोजन किया जा रहा है। इसके सफल संचालन के लिए डीसी ने सभी संबंधित अधिकारियों को निम्नांकित निर्देश दिया है।

कोविड जांच के लिए सभी अधिकारियों को दिए गए निर्देश

इस अभियान के सफल संचालन में असैनिक शल्य चिकित्सक-सह-मुख्य चिकित्सा पदाधिकारी गिरिडीह सभी प्रखण्ड विकास पदाधिकारी/सभी अंचल अधिकारी/महामारी रोग विशेषज्ञ/डीपीएम/सभी प्रभारी चिकित्सा पदाधिकारी द्वारा समय-समय पर विभाग द्वारा दिए गए दिशा-निर्देशों का दृढ़तापूर्वक अनुपालन कराना है. सिविल सर्जन, गिरिडीह द्वारा विभाग से समन्वय स्थापित कर सभी प्रखण्डों में ससमय पर्याप्त संख्या में जांच किट उपलब्ध कराया जायेगा। जिले के सभी स्थानीय जनप्रतिनिधि, मनरेगाकर्मी, प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना-ग्रामीण के कर्मी, समाज कल्याण,  आपूर्ति विभाग, JSLPS, SBM-G,  जिले के सभी शिक्षक एवं शिक्षकेत्तर कर्मी/ बीआरपी सीआरपी एवं अन्य।

नोडल अधिकारियों की जिम्मेवारी तय की गई

सभी अनुमण्डल पदाधिकारी, गिरिडीह जिला अपने अपने अनुमण्डल क्षेत्र के नोडल पदाधिकारी होंगे। उनके द्वारा कोविड- 19 जांच का सतत् पर्यवेक्षण किया जायेगा। तथा निम्नांकित बिन्दुओं पर विशेष ध्यान दिया जायेगा. ICMR / MOHFW द्वारा दिये गए निर्देशों का दृढतापूर्वक अनुपालन सुनिश्चित कराना है। इसके अलावा पुलिस अधीक्षक कोविड-19 जांच शिविर में आवश्यकतानुसार पुलिस बल की प्रतिनियुक्ति पुलिस अधीक्षक करेंगे तथा संबंधित थाना प्रभारी को अपने-अपने क्षेत्रान्तर्गत जांच शिविर में विधि-व्यवस्था संधारण करने के लिए आवश्यक कार्रवाई करेंगे। निर्देश में कहा गया है कि सभी संबंधित पदाधिकारियों उपर्युक्त सभी निर्देशों का दृढ़तापूर्वक अनुपालन सुनिश्चित करेंगे। इस कार्य में किसी प्रकार की लापरवाही बरतने या जांच कार्य में अपेक्षित सहयोग प्रदान नहीं करने की स्थिति में संबंधित पदाधिकारी/कर्मी के विरुद्ध आपदा प्रबंधन अधिनियम की सुसंगत धाराओं के तहत नियमानुसार कार्रवाई की जायेगी।
