बकोरिया कांड: क्लोजर रिपोर्ट से सीबीआई का मुखौटा उतरा,आखिर कोई साक्ष्य क्यों नहीं मिला…? ये सबसे बड़ा सवाल है : बंधु तिर्की

राची : पूर्व मंत्री और झारखण्ड प्रदेश कांग्रेस कमेटी के कार्यकारी अध्यक्ष बंधु तिर्की ने कहा है कि पलामू सदर थाना क्षेत्र के सतबरवा ओपी अंतर्गत बकोरिया में पिछले 8 जून 2015 को हुए कथित पुलिस नक्सली मुठभेड़ के मामले में सीबीआई की पक्षपातपूर्ण जांच और उसकी क्लोजर रिपोर्ट से यह जाहिर हो गया है कि यह एजेंसी पूरी तरह से केंद्र सरकार के इशारे पर काम कर रही है. उन्होंने कहा कि इस क्लोजर रिपोर्ट के बाद सीबीआई के चेहरे से उसका बचा-खुचा मुखौटा भी उतर चुका है.

‘CBI सिर्फ विपक्षी नेताओं के खिलाफ कार्रवाई में तेजी दिखाती है’

कांग्रेस नेता ने आरोप लगाया कि सीबीआई केंद्र सरकार के इशारे पर काम कर रही है और यही कारण है कि जहा, विपक्षी नेताओं पर लगे आरोपों पर उसकी कार्रवाई तेज गति से होती है, वहीं जो नेता भाजपा में चले जाते हैं उनके खिलाफ कार्रवाई रोक दी जाती है. श्री तिर्की ने कहा कि पलामू का बकोरिया हत्याकांड एक ऐसा नरसंहार था, जिसकी जांच के ऊपर झारखण्ड के सवा तीन करोड़ लोगों की नजर थी. लेकिन इस मामले में सीबीआई ने न केवल क्लोजर रिपोर्ट को कोर्ट में दाखिल कर दिया है, बल्कि अपने मुखौटे को भी उतार फेंका है.

क्या भाजपाइयों को यह एकतरफा रिपोर्ट नहीं लगती…?

श्री तिर्की ने कहा कि, बकोरिया ऐसा कांड था जिसमें सिपाही से लेकर पुलिस महानिदेशक स्तर तक के अनेक अधिकारियों से सीबीआई ने पूछताछ की थी. इसके अलावा पुलिस के ऊपर पीड़ित परिवारों द्वारा जो आरोप लगाये गये थे उसके मामले में भी सीबीआई ने स्पष्ट रूप से कहा है कि उसे कोई भी साक्ष्य नहीं मिला है. श्री तिर्की ने कहा कि 10 निर्दोष व्यक्तियों एवं बच्चों की हत्या के दोषियों के विरुद्ध जांच के उपरांत समर्पित यह क्लोजर रिपोर्ट बहुत ही गंभीर मामला है और इस मामले पर झारखण्ड के भाजपा नेताओं को विशेष रूप से अपनी स्थिति स्पष्ट करनी चाहिये क्योंकि पहली नजर में यह एकतरफा रिपोर्ट लगती है. श्री तिर्की ने केंद्र सरकार से मांग की है कि वह इस मामले पर और भी अधिक गंभीरता के साथ जांच-पड़ताल का निर्देश दे. श्री तिर्की ने प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी और गृहमंत्री अमित शाह से सीबीआई को निष्पक्ष बनाने की दिशा में कदम उठाने की मांग की है.
