प्रिंट रेट से अधिक दर पर शराब बेचने के मामले को गिरिडीह डीसी ने लिया गंभीरता से, डुमरी में दो दुकान सील, आठ गिरफ्तार

गिरिडीह: प्रिंट रेट से उंची दर पर शराब बेचने के मामले को डीसी नमन प्रियेश लकड़ा ने गंभीरता से लिया। इसके फलस्वरूप पिछले 30 घंटे में गिरिडीह जिले के कई थाना क्षेत्रों में कई स्थानों पर शराब दुकानों में छापेमारी की गई। मनमाने दर पर शराब बेचनेवालों के खिलाफ गुरुवार की देर रात शुरू हुई छापेमारी शुक्रवार को भी जारी ऱही। शुक्रवार को पचंबा उपनगर के रानीखावा समेत कई स्थानों में स्थित  शराब दुकानों में कार्रवाई की गई। बताया गया कि र्कारवाई के क्रम में प्रिंट रेट से अधिक दर पर शराब बेचे जाने की बात सामने आई। है.

सदर एसडीएम विशालदीप खलको के नेत्तृव में नगर थाना प्रभारी राम नारायण चौधरी और पुलिस जवानों ने कई दुकानों में ग्राहक बनाकर भेजा, तो कई दुकानदार प्रिंट रेट से अधिक की वसूली कर रहे थे। लिहाजा, देर रात ही एसडीएम ने छापेमारी की, मुफस्सिल थाना के साथ शहरी क्षेत्र से कुछ दुकानों से पांच शराब विकेताओं को हिरासत में लिया था। पांचों आउट सोर्सिंग कंपनी के स्टॉफ हैं। दूसरे दिन शुक्रवार को पांचों के खिलाफ केस दर्ज कर कार्रवाई की प्रकिया में जुटी हुई थी। गिरफ्तार पांचों आरोपियों में देवघर के सारठ निवासी पवन राय, शहर के गद्दी मुहल्ला निवासी सूर्यदेव प्रसाद, बिहार के औरंगाबाद निवासी कमल किशोर गुप्ता और मुफस्सिल थाना क्षेत्र के कैलीबाद निवासी राजेन्द्र प्रसाद शामिल है।

इधर, डुमरी एसडीएम प्रेमलता मुर्मू और एसडीपीओ मनोज कुमार ने भी  निमियाघाट और इसरी बाजार की कई शराब दुकानों में छापेमारी अभियान चलाया। इस दौरान दोनों थाना क्षेत्रों की दो शराब दुकानों को सील किया गया। जहां प्रिंट रेट से अधिक शराब के कीमतों की वसूली की जा रही थी। एसडीएम ने जब दोनों शराब दुकानों के रजिस्ट्रर की जांच की तो, बड़े पैमाने पर गड़बड़ी सामने आई। इस कार्रवाई के दौरान दोनों शराब दुकानों के में कार्यरत तीन आउट सोर्सिंग कर्मियों को गिरफ्तार किया गया। छापेमारी के क्रम में डुमरी थाना प्रभारी पवन कुमार समेत कई पदाधिकारी मौजूद थे।

गौरतलब है कि नई व्यवस्था के तहत राज्य सरकार ने शराब दुकानों में मौजूद शराब के ब्रिकी के लिए आउट सोर्सिंग एजेंसी का चयन किया है। फिलहाल गिरिडीह की तमाम शराब दुकानों में ब्रिकी का जिम्मा जिस एजेंसी को दिया गया है। उस एजेंसी के प्रोपराइटर खुद भी कभी दुकान में ब्रिकी करने को रखे स्टॉफ की निगरानी नहीं करते। लिहाजा, इसी का फायदा अब तक शराब दुकानों के स्टॉफ द्वारा उठाया जा रहा था। हालांकि प्रिंट रेट से शराब बेचने का सिलसिला काफी समय से जारी है. इस पर कड़ी कार्रवाई की जरूरत है.
