खलारी – संडे कटौती के विरोध में पुरनाडीह परियोजना का छह घण्टे काम रहा बन्द

डकरा। संडे ड्यूटी में कटौती के विरोध में एनके एरिया की पूरनाडीह परियोजना के कामकाज को रविवार की सुबह से ही वहां के कामगारों ने बंद कर दिया। रविवार की सुबह छह बजे से कामगार परियोजना कार्यालय के समक्ष एकत्र हुए और संडे ड्यूटी में कटौती किए जाने का विरोध किया। साथ ही प्रबंधन के इस मजदूर विरोधी रवैये के खिलाफ जमकर नारेबाजी की गई। कामगारों का आरोप लगाया कि प्रबंधन जानबूझकर संडे ड्यूटी में कटौती कर रही है। जिससे कामगारों को काफी परेशानी हो रही है। खदान का कामकाज बंद होने की सूचना पर कई ट्रेड यूनियन के नेता भी मौके पर पहुंचे और संडे ड्यूटी काटे जाने का विरोध किया। मजदूरों एवं श्रमिक प्रतिनिधियों ने कहा कि प्रबंधन का संडे कटौती का निर्णय कही से मजदूरों एवं कंपनी के हित में नही है। क्योंकि अगर कोई समस्या है तो इसके लिए मजदूर कही से दोषी नही है। इसलिए प्रबंधन को संडे कटौती कर मजदूर के वेतन पर आर्थिक नुकसान पहुंचाना उचित नहीं है। मजदूरों ने कहा कि प्रबंधन अगर सभी मजदूरों को संडे ड्यूटी नही देगा तो सभी मजदूर हर रविवार को सामूहिक अवकाश पर रहेंगे और रविवार को कोई भी मजदूर ड्यूटी नही करेगा। कामगारों के आक्रोश के कारण खदान से कोयले का उत्पादन छह घण्टे बंद हो गया। बाद में दोपहर बारह बजे परियोजना पदाधिकारी नरेश सिंह ने कहा कि ओवर बजट के कारण यह स्थिति हुई है। उन्होंने मजदूरों एव प्रतिनिधियों को वार्ता कर आश्वासन दिया कि पूर्व की तरह सभी कामगारों को संडे ड्यूटी दिया जाएगा। उसके बाद परियोजना का काम चालू हुआ। वार्ता मे प्रबंधन के साथ वार्ता में कार्मिक अधिकारी दीपक गिरी एवं मजदूरों की ओर से गोल्डेन प्रसाद यादव, बहुरा मुंडा, रामलखन गंझू, महेंद्र उरांव, रामप्रवेश नायक, विजय उरांव, कमल मुंडा, दिनेश भर, राजेश परिहार, नरेश गंझू, गणेश मोदी, बलराम राम, रविन्द्र उरांव, अनूप रजक, बालेश्वर उरांव, प्रदीप उरांव सहित काफी संख्या में मजदूर उपस्थित थे।
