गिरिडीह : जिला प्रशासन व स्वास्थ्य विभाग के तत्वावधान में समाहरणालय परिसर में रक्तदान शिविर का आयोजन किया गया। रक्तदान शिविर में कुल 43 यूनिट ब्लड डोनेट किया गया। रक्तदान शिविर में उपायुक्त नमन प्रियेश लकड़ा समेत वरीय पदाधिकारियों, अधिकारियों, कर्मचारियों व आमजनों ने भी स्वैच्छिक रक्तदान किया। इस संबंध में डीसी ने कहा कि किसी के जीवन को बचाने के लिये रक्तदान करना सबसे महत्वपूर्ण दान है। इसलिए जो लोग रक्तदान करने में सक्षम हैं और स्वस्थ हैं, उन्हें रक्तदान अवश्य करना चाहिए।
डीसी ने सभी को रक्तदान के लिए प्रेरित किया
उन्होंने आमजनों से रक्तदान की अपील करते हुए कहा कि रक्तदान एक महान काम है और हमारी समृद्ध संस्कृति और सेवा और सहयोग की परंपरा का हिस्सा है। रक्तदान से न केवल राष्ट्रीय आवश्यकता पूरी होती है बल्कि यह समाज एवं मानवता प्रति एक बड़ी सेवा भी है। उन्होंने कहा कि हमारे द्वारा दिए गए रक्त से कई जिंदगियों को बचाया जा सकता है। उन्होंने इस पुनीत कार्य में सभी को जुड़ कर रक्तदान के लिए प्रेरित किया।
