आखिर केंद्र सरकार वन निवासियों को कब देगी वन भूमि का पट्टा: रामदेव विश्वबंधु

गिरिडीह : यूपीएस पर्वतपुर (कोवाड) स्कूल में शुक्रवार को वनाधिकार समिति के सदस्यों की एक मीटिंग एक्शन एड पटना द्वारा आयोजित की गयी. सामाजिक कार्यकर्ता रामदेव विश्वबंधु ने वनाधिकार कानून के बारे में विस्तार से बताया। उन्होंने कहा कि वनाधिकार कानून-2006, एक जनवरी 2008, से लागू है। इसके बाद 6 सितंबर 2012, को संशोधित अधिनियम लागू किया गया। केंद्र सरकार ने माना है कि देश के आदिवासियों के साथ ऐतिहासिक अन्याय हुआ है। इसके खात्मे के लिए वन में निवास कर रहे आदिवासियों एवं अन्य परंपरागत वन निवासियों को वन भूमि में पट्टा मिलना चाहिए। वनाधिकार समिति को जंगल बचाना है। दावेदारों से पट्टे के लिए आवेदन लेना है। व्यक्तिगत दावा के साथ सामुदायिक दावा पत्र के लिए भी प्रयास करना चाहिए। डुमरियाटांड वनाधिकार समिति के अध्यक्ष ठाकुर मंडल ने कहा कि वन विभाग कई लोगों पर झूठा मुकदमा दर्ज करता है। कभी-कभी ट्रेंच काट देता है। उनके उपर भी केस चल रहा है।

हर गांव में वनाधिकार समिति की बैठक होनी चाहिए

सदस्य बुधन कोड़ा ने कहा कि वे लोग मुंडा आदिवासी हैं। वन भूमि का पट्टा नहीं मिला है। कई मुंडा परिवार को रहने के लिए घर नहीं है। उपस्थित लोगों ने कहा कि प्रत्येक गांव में वनाधिकार समिति की बैठक अलग से होनी चाहिए। बैठक में मुख्य रूप से तरणी राम, राजेश वर्मा, लखेश्वर राणा, कुमारी बबिता वर्मा, हुकन कोड़ा, वजीर दास, जामेल किस्कू, इमामुल अंसारी, मु. रज्जाक, कंचन देवी, समीना खातून, चरकी देवी, सुनील वर्मा, मेघलाल महतो आदि लोग शामिल थे।
