जेहलीटांड़ में भू-धसान से मकान क्षतिग्रस्त, बाल-बाल बचे मकान में रह रहे लोग

घटना से लोगों में आक्रोश

खलारी, 23 जून : खलारी प्रखण्ड के विश्रामपुर पंचायत के जेहलीटांड़ में सीसीएल एनके एरिया के केडीएच कोयला खदान से मात्र 50 मीटर दूरी पर शुक्रवार को भू-धसान की घटना हुई है। जिससे वहां स्थित एक मकान के दीवार, फर्श और आसपास के जमीन पर चौड़ी दरार आ गई। दरारे लगातार चौड़ी होती रही, जिससे घर की दीवार और फर्श बुरी तरह क्षतिग्रस्त हो गए। घटना शुक्रवार अपराह्न तीन बजे की है। भू-धसान के समय उस मकान में घर की मालकीन साइमुन खातून, सज्जाद अंसारी, मुस्तरी बेगम व छोटे बच्चे मौजूद थे। इधर घटना में सज्जाद के पैर में चोट लगी है। एक बच्चा डर से बेहोश हो गया। बताया गया कि अपराह्न ढाई बजे केडीएच खदान में ब्लास्टिंग की गई थी। थोड़ी देर बाद धीरे धीरे आसपास की जमीन धंसने लगी और जमीन में दरार आने लगी। दोपहर के समय उक्त मकान में महिलाएं बच्चे आराम कर रहे थे। घर की दीवार और फर्श फटते ही वहां अफरा तफरी मच गया। दीवार पर टंगा टीवी फर्श पर गिर पड़ा। मोबाइल दरार में समा गया। जमीन धंसने से घर के एक कमरे का दरवाजा खुलने के हाल में नहीं रहा। घटना की सूचना मिलते ही बस्ती व आसपास के लोग वहां जुट गए। आक्रोशित लोगों ने खदान का काम बंद करा दिया। लोग सीसीएल प्रबंधन के प्रति नाराज थे। इधर घटना के बाद केंद्रीय औद्योगिक सुरक्षा बल के अधिकारी व जवान घटनास्थल पर पहुंच गए। बस्ती के लोग केडीएच परियोजना पदाधिकारी व एनके एरिया महाप्रबंधक को बुलाने की मांग करने लगे। थोड़ी देर में केडीएच पीओ अनिल कुमार सिंह घटनास्थल पर पहुंचे। उन्होंने क्षतिग्रस्त घर का मुआयना किया और परिवार के लोगों से बात की। इधर एकता मंच के सक्रिय कार्यकर्ता और साइमुन खातून के देवर नसीम अंसारी ने सीसीएल अधिकारियों के खिलाफ प्राथमिकी दर्ज कराने की बात कही है। वहीं घटनास्थल पर पहुंची खलारी पश्चिमी की जिप सदस्य सरस्वती देवी ने कहा है कि जबतक इन लोगों को मुआवजा नहीं मिल जाता खदान नहीं चलने दिया जाएगा।
