खलारी सीमेंट फैक्ट्री में सारे नियमों को ताक पर रखकर धड़ल्ले से किया जा रहा है कोयले का कारोबार

खलारी, 25 जून : खलारी सीमेंट फैक्ट्री कहने को तो सीमेंट फैक्ट्री है परंतु यहां शुद्ध रूप से वैध एवं अवैध कोयले का कारोबार चलाया जाता है। यहाँ सीमेंट कारोबार के आड़ में छोटे स्तर पर कोयला का कारोबार शुरू किया गया था और अब वही कारोबार योजना बध तरीके से इतना बढ़ गया कि सीमेंट का नामोनिशान तक बाकी नहीं रहा। फैक्ट्री के सारे कल पुर्जे स्क्रैप के नाम पर कब का बेचा जा चुका है और अब यहां विभिन्न कंपनियों का कोयला स्टॉक किया जाता है और उसे रैक के माध्यम से उनके गंतव्य स्थानों तक भेज दिया जाता है। इस बीच कोयले में कई तरह की हेरा फेरी भी की जाती है। जानकार बताते हैं की यहां कोयला का स्टॉक जमा किया जाता है फिर उसमें अवैध तरीके से खरीदा हुआ कोयला, चारकोल एवं बैंड कोल मिलाकर खपाया जाता है। जिससे कोल कम्पनी की बदनामी तो होती ही है साथ ही पावर प्लांट और जहाँ कोयला भेजा जाता है उनको भी चुना लगाया जाता है। फैक्ट्री के चारदीवारी के अंदर होने वाले इस गोरखधंधे से जिम्मेदार और संबंधित अधिकारी भी अनभिज्ञ एवं मुक्त दर्शक बने हुए हैं। मिली जानकारी के मुताबिक इस कोयले के अवैध कारोबार में सभी का हिस्सा बंधा हुआ है। इधर सारा दिन ट्रकों के माध्यम से कोयला फैक्ट्री के अंदर गिराया जा रहा है वहीं शाम होते ही ट्रकों के परिचालन की आपाधापी और भी बढ़ जाती है, कारण यह है कि इसी एक नंबर के ट्रकों के बीच में दो नंबर के ट्रकों को फैक्ट्री के अंदर घुसाया जाता है। इस ट्रकों की होड़ और आपाधापी में ग्रामीणों की जान सांसत में फंसी हुई है। इसी क्रम में शनिवार की शाम एक ट्रक ने बैंक चौक को ही उड़ा दिया।

ग्रामीण बताते हैं कि ट्रकों के परिचालन में दिन भर धूल का गुबार उड़ता रहता है साथ ही ट्रकों के कारण रास्ते पर चलना भी दुभर हो गया है, जबकि इसी रास्ते से स्कूल के बच्चे भी स्कूल आना-जाना करते हैं तथा इसी रास्ते पर अंचल व ब्लॉक कार्यालय होने की वजह से ग्रामीणों का भी आना जाना लगातार बना रहता है। शहीद चौक से लेकर फैक्ट्री गेट तक धूल का गुबार उड़ता रहता है साथ ही ओवर ब्रिज के समक्ष हमेशा जाम लगा रहता है। धूल के लिए ना तो पानी का छिड़काव किया जाता है और ना ही किसी तरह का कोई उपाय। सारे ट्रक बिना त्रिपाल के लगातार कोयले के ढुलाई में लगे रहते हैं जिससे यहां के निवासियों, स्कूल के विद्यार्थियों एवं दुकानदारों को परेशानी का सामना करना पड़ रहा है।
