बासुकिनाथ में आ चुका है सिंथेटिक पेड़ा…श्रद्धालु रहें सावधान…! जब्त हो चुका है 200 किलो नकली पेड़ा

दुमका :  राजकीय श्रावणी मेला महोत्सव में महीने भर कांवरियों का हुजूम लगा रहता है. लेकिन यहां प्रसिद्ध प्रसाद के रूप में पेड़ों की भी खूब चर्चा रहती है. पेड़ों की शुद्धता पर कांवरिये बहुत ही पसोपेश में रहते हैं. खासकर असली-नकली पेड़ों को लेकर भ्रम की स्थिति बनी रहती है. आपको हर बार कहा जाएगा कि अगर पेड़ा लेना चाहते हैं, तो जरा सावधान रहें. दुमका के बासुकीनाथ में कई नकली पेड़े की भी दुकान है. खाद्य सुरक्षा पदाधिकारी की छापामारी के दौरान नकली खोआ का पेड़ा बरामद होने के बाद बासुकीनाथ के प्रसादी दुकान में जांच अभियान चलाया गया. खाद्य सुरक्षा पदाधिकारी अमित कुमार ने विभिन्न पेड़ा दुकान से करीब 200 किलोग्राम नकली पेड़ा जब्त कर उसे नष्ट कर चुके हैं. इसके बावजूद नकली पेड़े की बिक्री नहीं होगी, इसकी गारंटी कौन देगा, ये अहम प्रश्न है. इस बार सेंथेटिक पेड़े की चर्चा है.

नकली पेड़ा बेचनेवाले दुकानदारों पर होगी सख्त कार्रवाई

खाद्य पदार्थो की स्क्रीनिंग जांच के लिए स्वास्थ्य विभाग द्वारा मोबाईल फूड टेस्टिंग लैबोरेटरी (एमएफटीएल) की प्रतिनियुक्ति की गई है. इसी क्रम में शनिवार को बासुकिनाथ स्थित विभिन्न खाद्य प्रतिष्ठानों में खाद्य सामग्रियों की जांच खाद्य सुरक्षा पदाधिकारी अमित कुमार, दुमका एवं साहिबगंज के दिनेश मरांडी तथा एमएफटीएल के खाद्य विश्लेषक उमेश कुमार एवं अन्य कर्मी द्वारा की गई है. खाद्य सुरक्षा पदाधिकारी ने नकली पेड़ा बेचनेवाले दुकानदारों पर सख्त कार्रवाई करने की बात कही. श्रावणी मेला में हर दिन हजारों श्रद्धालु बासुकिनाथ धाम पहुंचते हैं, जिनको सुविधा प्रदान करने के लिए जिला प्रशासन पूरी तरह तत्पर है. मेला में श्रद्धालुओं को शुद्ध खाद्य सामग्री मिले, इसको लेकर प्रशासन ने खाद्य सामग्रियों का मानक निर्धारित कर दिया है. समय-समय पर खाद्य सामग्रियों का सैंपल इकट्ठा कर उसकी जांच की जा रही है. बावजूद इसके बासुकिनाथ में धड़ल्ले से मिलावटी मावा वाला सिंथेटिक पेड़ा बिक रहा है. हालांकि अभी तक कोई पकड़ा नहीं गया है.

छापामारी के बाद पेड़ा विक्रेताओं में खलबली

पिछले दिन बासुकिनाथ मंदिर के समीप आठ पेड़ा प्रसादी दुकानों की जांच की गई. जांच के क्रम में पांच दुकानदारों को नकली पेड़ा बेचते हुए पाया गया. खाद्य सुरक्षा पदाधिकारी अमित राम ने बताया कि गुप्त सूचना के आधार पर आठ पेड़ा दुकानों में छापेमारी की गयी, जिसमें पांच दुकानों में कुल 200 किलोग्राम मिलावटी पेड़ा पाया गया. पेड़े को जब्त कर लिया गया है. खाद्य सुरक्षा पदाधिकारी टीम के इस अभियान से नकली खोआ का पेड़ा बेचने वालों दुकानदार के बीच हड़कंप जरूर है लेकिन अभी महीने भर लाखों टन पेड़े बनेंगे और बिकेंगे. इसमें असली-नकली की पहचान करना लोगों के मुश्किल साबित होगा.
