डिग्री कॉलेजों में इंटर में एडमिशन के मामले में सीएम के आदेश के बाद भी शिक्षा विभाग ने 14 दिन का समय लिया,विद्यार्थियों को राहत मिली, अब शुरू होगा नामांकन

रांची : आखिरकार डिग्री कॉलेजों में इंटर की पढ़ाई जारी रखने का आदेश दिया गया, पर उच्च शिक्षा विभाग ने इसके लिए 14 दिन का समय लिया. गुरुवार को इसपर मुहर लग गई. सीएम हेमंत सोरेन ने 29 जून को डिग्री कॉलेजों में इंटर की पढ़ाई को लेकर बनी असमंजस की स्थिति पर विराम लगा दिया था। दरअसल, नयी शिक्षा नीति के तहत डिग्री कॉलेजों इंटर की पढ़ाई नहीं होनी है। इसी प्रावधान के अनुरूप अंगीभूत कॉलेजों में सरकार ने इंटर की पढ़ाई बंद कराने को लेकर ऊहापोह की स्थिति बनी हुई थी। हालांकि इस बीच मैट्रिक का रिजल्ट निकलने के लगभग एक महीने तक छात्र परेशान रहे कि आखिर वे इंटर की पढ़ाई कहां करेंगे।

विभाग की ओर से चिट्ठी जारी होने के इंतजार में थे कॉलेजों के प्रिंसिपल

बता दें कि राज्य में 21 संबद्धता प्राप्त डिग्री कॉलेजों में इंटर की पढ़ाई होती है। नियम के अनुसार इंटर की पढ़ाई के लिए अलग व्यवस्था करने का प्रावधान है। डिग्री कॉलेजों में इंटर की पढ़ाई हो या नहीं, इसे लेकर 28 जून को एक बैठक हुई थी। बैठक में वर्तमान सत्र से ही नामांकन नहीं लेने की बजाय धीरे-धीरे कर सीटों की संख्या कम करते हुए एडमिशन रोकने पर विचार हुआ। इस बैठक के आलोक में सीएम हेमंत सोरेन ने कहा कि अगर किसी जिला या क्षेत्र में माध्यमिक परीक्षा-2023 में उत्तीर्ण छात्र-छात्राओं को इंटरमीडिएट कक्षा में नामांकन लेने में कठिनाई हो, तो पूर्व के वर्षों की भांति अंगीभूत एवं डिग्री संबद्ध कॉलेजों में नामांकन ले सकते हैं। लेकिन सीएम के आदेश के बाद भी राज्य के कई विश्वविद्यालयों के कॉलेज विभाग की ओर से चिट्ठी जारी होने के इंतजार में थे।

राज्य के इंटर कॉलेजों में नौवीं से पढ़ाई शुरू करने व कॉलेजों के नाम बदलने की तैयारी

हालांकि इस बीच नीलांबर-पीतांबर विवि के कई कॉलेज और जमशेदपुर कॉपरेटिव कॉलेज की ओर से नामांकन की प्रकिया शुरू की जा चुकी थी. रांची विवि के तहत आनेवाले जेएन कॉलेज ने नामांकन के लिए नोटिस निकाला था, पर बाद में उसे वापस ले लिया गया था। इस वर्ष जैक की मैट्रिक परीक्षा में चार लाख से ज्यादा परीक्षार्थी सफल रहे हैं। इन विद्यार्थियों को इंटरमीडिएट में नामांकन लेने में समस्या आ रही थी। इसी वजह से स्कूली शिक्षा एवं साक्षरता विभाग ने छात्र हित को ध्यान में रखते हुए अंगीभूत एवं डिग्री संबद्ध कॉलेजों में इंटरमीडिएट में छात्र-छात्राओं का नामांकन जारी रखने का फैसला किया। दरअसल नयी शिक्षा नीति में नौवीं से 12वीं तक की पढ़ाई को एक साथ रखा गया है। जबकि, कॉलेजों में इंटर की 11वीं व 12वीं की पढ़ाई होती है। नयी शिक्षा नीति के तहत राज्य के इंटर कॉलेजों में नौवीं से पढ़ाई शुरू करने व कॉलेजों का नाम बदलने की तैयारी हो रही है।
