महेशलुंडी में ग्रामीणों से सीसीएल की जमीन को जिला प्रशासन ने खाली कराया, यहां होना है जजों के आवासों का निर्माण 

गिरिडीह : मुफस्सिल थाना अन्तर्गत महेशलुंडी में सीसीएल की जमीन पर मूल निवासियों द्वारा किए गए अतिक्रमण को गुरुवार जिला प्रशासन ने अतिक्रमण मुक्त कर दिया। इस बाबत सदर एसडीएम विशालदीप खलखो ने बताया कि सीसीएल की अधिग्रहित भूमि पर कुछ लोगों द्वारा रातों-रात स्ट्रक्चर का निर्माण कर लिया गया था। उन्होंने कहा कि जिस जमीन को अतिक्रमण किया किया था उसका थाना संख्या 197, प्लॉट नंबर 444 और 445 खाता संख्या 396, कुल रकबा करीब 5 एकड़ है। बताया गया कि इस जमीन को पूर्व से कोर्ट के न्यायाधीशों के आवास के लिए चिन्हित किया गया है। लेकिन कुछ लोगों द्वारा अवैध तरीके से जमीन को कब्जा करने का प्रयास किया गया।

ब्रिटिश हुकूमत ने मूलवासियों को माइनिंग के लिए जमीन उपलब्ध कराई थी

मौके पर स्थानीय मुखिया शिवनाथ साव ने बताया कि ईस्ट इंडिया कंपनी के तहत ब्रिटिश शासन में मूलवासियों को माइनिंग के लिए यह जमीन उपलब्ध कराई गई थी। लेकिन आज हमारे कागजातों को गलत बताया जा रहा है। उन्होंने कहा की सीसीएल की अन्य जमीन है, लेकिन हमलोगों के इलाके को प्रशासन टारगेट किए हुए है। सीसीएल द्वारा प्रशासन को सूचना देने के बाद सदर एसडीओ विशालदीप खलको, अंचलाधिकारी रवि भूषण प्रसाद, सीसीएल मैनेजर अनिल पासवान, नगर थाना प्रभारी आरएन चौधरी, मुफस्सिल थाना प्रभारी कमलेश पासवान, पचंबा थाना प्रभारी मुकेश दयाल सहित पुलिसकर्मी मौके पर पहुंचकर जेसीबी के माध्यम से अतिक्रमण कर तैयार किए गए स्ट्रक्चर को ध्वस्त कर दिया गया।
