उर्सूलाइन कॉन्वेंट स्कूल में मुंशी प्रेमचंद की जयंती मनायी गई

खलारी। उर्सूलाइन कॉन्वेंट स्कूल खलारी में सोमवार को कथा सम्राट मुंशी प्रेमचंद की जयंती मनायी गई। कार्यक्रम का प्रारंभ प्राचार्य सिस्टर जयंती द्वारा मुंशी प्रेमचंद के चित्र पर माल्यार्पण तथा दीप जलाकर किया गया। उसके बाद विद्यालय की उप-प्राचार्या सिस्टर नेली, हिन्दी की वरिष्ठ शिक्षिका मिस अनिमा कांसीर , शिक्षिका सरोज किस्पोटा, मैडम रोजालिया तथा शिक्षक मुकेश कुमार सिंह ने माल्यार्पण किया। कक्षा सात के विद्यार्थियों ने मुंशी प्रेमचंद की जीवनी पर प्रकाश डाला तथा उनके द्वारा रचित कुछ प्रसिद्ध उपन्यासों के प्रमुख अंशों का वाचन किया गया। भूमिका कमलजीत ने दिया, आदित्य गोस्वामी और आनंद कुमार ने जीवन परिचय दिया परीक्षा कहानी का वचन अनन्य कुमारी ने तथा कविता पाठ ख़ुशबू कुमारी ने किया । मंच संचालन कोमल कुमारी और अदिति कुमारी ने संयुक्त रूप से किया। इस अवसर पर प्राचार्य सिस्टर जयंती ने अपने संबोधन में कहा की प्रेमचंद जैसे साहित्यकार विरले ही पैदा होते हैं। उनकी रचनायें समाज का प्रतिबिंब हैं। उनके द्वारा रचित उपन्यास और कहानियाँ आज की परिदृश्य में बिलकुल उचित बैठती हैं। उन्होंने विद्यार्थियों से कहा की आज की पीढ़ी पढ़ाई छोड़कर मोबाइल में व्यस्त हो गई है । वे अपना ख़ाली समय ऐसे ही मोबाइल में बिता देते हैं जबकि ऐसे ख़ाली समय का उपयोग साहित्यिक रचनाओं को पढ़ने में करना चाहिए साथ ही विद्यालय के पुस्तकालय का भी लाभ लेने को कहा है। उन्होंने कहा कि विद्यालय कि पुस्तकालय में विभिन्न प्रकार की किताबें हैं जिन्हें समय समय पर इशू करके पढ़ने से ज्ञान वृद्धि तो होती ही है साथ ही पढ़ने की आदत भी बनती है।

इस अवसर पर विद्यालय के सभी शिक्षक – शिक्षिकाएं तथा विद्यार्थी उपस्थित थे ।
