पास मिलने पर ही रक्सौल या अन्य शहरों में कर सकेंगे प्रवेश
रक्सौल।(TOR ) भारत से नेपाल में कहीं जाना होता है तो स्थानीय क्षेत्र के लिए नेपाली कस्टम से इंट्री तथा दूर जाने के लिए प्रतिदिन के हिसाब से भंसार अर्थात निर्धारित टैक्स देकर जाना होता है। अब भारत ने भी सख्त कदम उठाया है, जिसके कारण मंगलवार को भारत-नेपाल सीमा पर उस वक्त नेपाली चार पहिए वाहन संचालकों के बीच अफरातफरी मच गया, जब नेपाल से आने वाली चार पहिया गाड़ियों को कस्टम के द्वारा अचानक रोका जाने लगा। मिली जानकारी के मुताबिक भारतीय महावाणिज्य दूतावास के द्वारा एक विभागीय पत्र जारी किया गया है, जिसमें रक्सौल के स्थानीय प्रशासन के साथ-साथ भारतीय कस्टम को यह निर्देश दिया गया है कि नेपाल से आने वाली चार पहिया गाड़ी को भारत में तब ही अंदर आने को प्रवेश मिलेगी, जब उक्त वाहन के स्वामी के द्वारा महावाणिज्य दूतावास या भारतीय दूतावास काठमांडू से आवश्यक जारी कागजात होंगे। हालांकि पहले से रक्सौल तक आने के लिए नेपाली चार पहिया वाहनो को किसी तरह के पास या कागजात की जरूरत नहीं होती थी। अब ऐसे में जब नया नियम सख्ती के साथ लागू किया गया तो सभी चालकों एवं मालिकों के होश उड़ गए और उनके चेहरे पर परेशानी दिखने लगी। उधर नियम जारी होने के बाद मंगलवार को सैकड़ो गाड़ियों को वापस भेज दिया गया है। हालांकि यह नियम नेपाल से आने वाली दो पहिया वाहनो पर लागू नहीं है। दूतावास से जारी पत्र के अनुसार अब नेपाली चार पहिया वाहनो को रक्सौल तक भी आने के लिए पास लेना होगा, जो कि दूतावास से जारी किया जाएगा। अब तक नियमों में ढील के कारण बड़ी संख्या में नेपाली चार पहिया वाहन रक्सौल समेत मोतिहारी, सिवान, गोरखपुर, मुजफ्फरपुर और यहां तक पटना और दरभंगा एयरपोर्ट तक भी बिना रोक-टोक के चली जाती थी। जिससे भारत सरकार को राजस्व का भारी नुकसान होता था। इधर इस नियम का नेपाल में विरोध भी शुरू हो गया है। हालांकि यहां के कुछ लोगों का कहना है कि इसमें नेपाल में नियम विरोध करने का कोई मतलब नही निकलता, जब नेपाल में हमारे साथ ऐसा हो सकता है तो उनके साथ भारत में नियम लगाना बुरा कैसे हो सकता है। अगर बॉर्डर खुला है तो दोनो तरफ समान रूप से नियम होने चाहिए।
