बरही के पास भारी मात्र मे नशा जप्त

रात्री पुलिस अधिक्षक महोदय को गुप्त सूचना प्राप्त हुई कि चतरा की ओर से मोटरसाईकिल सं0- JH13H2827 आ रही है जिसके डिक्की में भारी मात्रा मे अफीम रखा हुआ है जिसे तस्करी करने के उद्देय से चौपारण होते हुए बरही की ओर ले जाया जा रहा है। इस सुचना को पुलिस अधिक्षक महोदय के द्वारा गंभीरता से लेते हुए त्वरित कार्रवाई करने हेतु अनुमंडल पुलिस पदाधिकारी, महोदय बरही के नेतृत्व मे एक छापामारी दल का गठन किया गया आदेशानुसार त्वरित कार्रवाई करते हुए छापामारी दल के द्वारा उक्त सुचना के सत्यापन एवं आवश्यक कार्रवाई हेतु महाराजगंज चौक के निकट उक्त मोटरसाईकिल के आने का इंतजार करने लगा । तत्पश्चात कुछ समय बाद उक्त मोटरसाईकिल को आते हुए देखा गया, जिसे पुलिस बलबल के द्वारा घेराबंदी कर पकड लिया गया। पकडाए व्यक्ति के मोटरसाईकिल का अनुमंडल पुलिस पदाधिकारी महोदय बरही के द्वारा विधिवत तलाशी लिया तो तलाशी के क्रम मे मोटरसाईकिल के डिक्की में तीन अलग-अलग प्लास्टिक मे रखा मादक पदार्थ अफीम कुल करीब 05 कि0ग्रा0 को बरामद किया गया। बरामद अफीम को अनुमंडल पुलिस पदाधिकारी महोदय बरही विधिवत जप्त किया गया। इस संबंध मे चौपारण थाना काण्ड सं0-325/23 दिनांक- 05.08.2023 धारा-414/34 भा०व०वि० एंव 21 (b) 21 (c) /22 (6) / 22(c) /29 NDPS Act दर्ज करते हुए पकडाए अभियुक्त शंकर साव पे0 – झमन साव ग्राम- डमडोईया थाना सदर जिला- चतरा को गिरफ्तार कर न्यायिक हिरासत में भेजा जा रहा है एवं अन्य के विरुद्ध अग्रतर कार्रवाई की जा रही है।

(2) स्पॅलेंडर मोटरसाईकिल सं0-JH13H2827 (3) एक एंड्रायड मोबाईल फोन ।
