नई दिल्ली: ED का स्वागत करनेवाले आम आदमी पार्टी के कद्दावर नेता और राज्यसभा से निलंबित चल रहे सदस्य संजय सिंह को शराब घोटाला मामले में पूछताछ के बाद गिरफ्तारी हो गई. बुधवार सुबह से ही संजय सिंह के आवास पर ईडी की छापेमारी चल रही थी। दिल्ली के पूर्व डिप्टी सीएम मनीष सिसोदिया शराब घोटाले मामले में पहले से ही तिहाड़ जेल में बंद हैं। आम आदमी पार्टी से शराब घोटाले में यह दूसरी सबसे बड़ी गिरफ्तारी है. आप पार्टी को अंदर से तोड़ने के लिए सियासती लड़ाई जारी है. दिल्ली के मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल ने अपनी गिरफ्तारी की भी आशंका जतायी है. आज दिन भर चली छापामारी को लेकर विपक्ष हमलावर है.
संजय को कल कोर्ट में पेश किया जाएगा
संजय सिंह की गिरफ्तारी की जैसे ही खबर सामने आई उनके आवास पर आम आदमी पार्टी के कार्यकर्ता जमा हो गए। संजय सिंह को ईडी के दफ्तर में ले जाया गया है। कहा जा रहा है कि आज की रात वह ईडी के लॉकअप में ही रहेंगे। मेडिकल कराए जाने के बाद उनको गुरुवार सुबह कोर्ट में पेश किया जाएगा। ईडी ने दिल्ली आबकारी नीति से जुड़े मनी लॉन्ड्रिंग मामले के संबंध में सांसद संजय सिंह के आवास पर छापे मारे गए। अधिकारियों ने बताया कि इस मामले में कुछ अन्य लोगों के परिसरों पर भी छापे मारे गए। ईडी ने इस मामले में पहले उनके स्टाफ सदस्यों और उनसे जुड़े अन्य लोगों से पूछताछ की थी।
संजय सिंह लगातार दे रहे थे ईडी को चुनौती
आरोप है कि शराब व्यापारियों को लाइसेंस देने के लिए दिल्ली सरकार की 2021-22 के लिए लाई गई आबकारी नीति ने गुटबंदी को बढ़ावा दिया और कुछ डीलरों को फायदा पहुंचाया, जिन्होंने इसके लिए कथित तौर पर रिश्वत दी थी। आप ने इस आरोप का खंडन किया है। दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल द्वारा सीबीआई से इस मामले की जांच कराने की सिफारिश करने के बाद इस नीति को रद्द कर दिया गया था। हालांकि कई महीनों से इसकी आशंका थी कि देर-सबेर संजय सिंह की भी गिरफ्तारी हो सकती है. संजय सिंह भी लगातार ईडी को चुनौती दे रहे थे. अब देखना है कि संजय सिंह आरोप को कैसे झेलते हैं.
