गिरिडीह में अधिक पैसे कमाने के चक्कर में अब छात्र भी साइबर अपराध में कूदे, फाइनल इयर के साइंस के नौ छात्र गिरफ्तार

गिरिडीह : गिरिडीह के साइबर थाना पुलिस ने पचम्बा थाना के इलाके के बोडो में बलदेव यादव के घर पर छापेमारी कर एक साथ नौ साइबर अपराधियों को दबोचा है। पुलिस के अनुसार सारे अपराधी साइंस के फाइनल इयर के छात्र हैं। सोमवार को एक साथ नौ साइंस के छात्रों की गिरफ्तारी ने गिरिडीह पुलिस भी सकते में है. ये सभी छात्र शार्टकट में पैसे कमाने को लेकर साइबर अपराधी बने. अपराधियों की गिरफ्तारी के बाद एक प्रेसवार्ता कर जिले के एसपी दीपक कुमार शर्मा और साइबर डीएसपी संदीप सुमन ने कहा कि गिरिडीह पुलिस का मकसद है जिले को साइबर क्राइम से मुक्त करने का, लेकिन ये वाकई चिंता ही बात है कि पढ़े-लिखे युवा भी अपराध के रास्ते में जा रहे हैं।

रिमोट एक्सेस एप के अलावा अन्य एप के लिंक भेज कर लोगों से ठगी करते थे छात्र

साइंस के यह सारे छात्र बोरो पंचबा में एक तरह से मिनी कॉल सेंटर चलाते थे और अलग-अलग एप के जरिए ही गर्भवती महिलाओं के परिजनों को कॉल कर सरकारी योजना का लाभ दिलाने का झांसा देकर ठगी करते हैं। इसके अलावा ये अपराधी बिजली विभाग के अधिकारी बन कर भी कंज्यूमर को डराते और बिजली काटने की धमकी देकर ठगी करते थे। गिरफ्तार अपराधियों में जमुआ थाना इलाके के नीलेश मंडल, मुफस्सिल थाना इलाके के मोहन मंडल, गांधी नगर निवासी नागेश्वर दास के साथ सिहोडीह निवासी रुद्र कुमार रॉकी, बेंगाबाद निवासी महेंद्र सिंह, मोतीलाल किश्कू, नीरज कुमार, जामताड़ा निवासी अशोक कुमार और एक अन्य शामिल हैं। एसपी ने बताया कि गिरफ्तार सारे अपराधी रिमोट एक्सेस एप के साथ टीम व्यूअर समेत अन्य एप का लिंक भेज कर लोगों को ठगते थे।
