गिरिडीह : पर्यटन, कला-संस्कृति, खेलकूद एवं युवाकार्य विभाग अंतर्गत खेलकूद एवं युवाकार्य निदेशालय झारखंड रांची द्वारा आयोजित “आदिवासी एवं ग्रामीण स्तरीय खेल विकास” योजना अंतर्गत जिलास्तर पर विभिन्न खेलों की प्रतियोगिता” का आयोजन किया गया। जिसके अंतर्गत जनजातीय खेलों (तीरंदाज़ी, गुलेल, मटका दौड़, गेड़ी दौड़, भारा दौड़ एवं सेकोर) का आयोजन गिरिडीह स्टेडियम में किया गया।
प्रतियोगिता में 14 से 40 वर्ष की उम्र तक के खिलाड़ियों ने भाग लिया
इस प्रतियोगिता में 14 वर्ष से 40 वर्ष के खिलाड़ियों ने भाग लिया. विभिन्न स्पर्धा में विजेता खिलाड़ी 11 से 12 अक्टूबर के बीच हजारीबाग में होनेवाले प्रमंडल स्तरीय प्रतियोगिता में भाग लेंगे। प्रतियोगिता में मुख्य अतिथि के रूप में निदेशक, डीआरडीए एवं विशिष्ट अथिति के रूप में जिला जनसंपर्क पदाधिकारी, जिला कल्याण पदाधिकारी, जिला समाज कल्याण पदाधिकारी अर्जुन बरला, ज़िला खेल पदाधिकारी, जिला युवा अधिकारी, नेहरू युवा केंद्र के लोग मौजूद रहे।
