चौथे स्तंभ के प्रहरी पत्रकारों पर हुई कार्रवाई के खिलाफ इंडिया गठबंधन का राजभवन मार्च, बगैर सर्च वारंट के पत्रकारों के घर पुलिस की छापामारी कानूनसम्मत नहीं, कोर्ट संज्ञान ले…!

रांची : आए दिन ईडी, सीबीआई जैसी सरकारी एंजेंसियों के जरिए मुख्यमंत्री हेमन्त सोरेन लोकतंत्र के चौथे स्तम्भ के प्रहरी पत्रकारों की अभिव्यक्ति की आजादी से रोकना एवं विपक्षी नेताओं को लगातार केंद्र सरकार द्वारा किए जा रहे हमले के विरोध में सोमवार को इंडिया गठबंधन ने राजभवन मार्च कर राष्ट्रपति के नाम राज्यपाल राधा कृष्णन  को 21 सदस्यीय प्रतिनिधिमण्डल ने एक ज्ञापन सौंपा। इससे पूर्व मार्च जिला स्कूल प्रांगण से निकल कर राजभवन तक गया, जहां सभा में तब्दील हो गया। सभा में नेताओं ने कहा कि अब केंद्र सरकार की विदाई का समय आ गया है, इसलिए खिसियानी बिल्ली खम्भा नोचे, वाले रुख को अपनाया गया है. इस मामले में कोर्ट को स्वत: संज्ञान लेना चाहिए.

आखिर सरकार से सवाल करना गुनाह कैसे हो गया…?

ज्ञापन में कहा गया है कि सच बयान करनेवाले ख्यातिप्राप्त चुनिंदा पत्रकारों की अभिव्यक्ति की स्वतंत्रता के ऊपर हुए हमले पर हम आम जनता जनता क्षुब्ध और चिंतित हैं। अमेरिकी पैसे को लेकर “न्यूजक्लिक” वेबसाइट द्वारा चीन की तरफदारी के मुद्दे पर बगैर सर्च वारंट के अभिसार शर्मा, उर्मिलेश, भाषा सिंह आदि जैसे प्रमुख पत्रकारों के  घर छापे मारना और उनको उठाकर स्पेशल सेल में घंटों दूसरे विषयों पर घंटों पूछताछ करना हमें और चिंतित करता है। आपने क्या किसान आंदोलन का कवरेज किया? आपने क्या शाहीन बाग का कवरेज किया? आपने क्या दिल्ली दंगों का कवरेज किया? जैसे सवाल करना अभिव्यक्ति की स्वतंत्रता का हनन है।

न्यूजक्लिक में विदेशी निवेश आरबीआई की गाइडलाइंस के तहत हुआ

स्वतंत्र मीडिया से प्राप्त जानकारी के अनुसार “न्यूजक्लिक” में जो भी विदेशी निवेश हुआ है, वह आरबीआई की गाइडलाइंस के हिसाब से ही हुआ है और उसमें कुछ भी गलत नहीं है। इसका मतलब स्पष्ट है कि सरकार सिर्फ उन्हें परेशान करने की या उनकी आवाज को दबाने की नीयत से यह काम कर रही है, जैसा “न्यूजक्लिक” को सील करने और उसके संस्थापक प्रबीर पुरकायस्थ और अन्य को गिरफ्तार कर के उनके ऊपर यूएपीए जैसे खूंखार कानून लगा दिए जाने से स्पष्ट होता है। ज्ञापन में यह सवाल उठाया गया है कि क्या ये पत्रकार आतंकवादी हैं, जिन पर यूएपीए जैसे कानून थोप दिए जाएं? जिन्हें जब चाहे, बिना सर्च वारंट के हिरासत में लिया जाए? ईडी, सीबीआई, आईटी उनके पीछे लगा दिया जाए? इंडिया गठबंधन के घटक दल और आम नागरिक चिंतित और उद्वेलित हैं।

मार्च में ये लोग थे शामिल      

झामुमो जिलाध्यक्ष मुशताक आलम, कांग्रेस के जिलाध्यक्ष डॉ राकेश किरण महतो, सीपीआई के जिला सचिव अजय सिंह, आरजेडी के जिलाध्यक्ष श्री धर्मेंद्र महतो, आम आदमी पार्टी  के  प्रदेश उपाध्यक्ष श्री हरि सिंह और रांची नगर अध्यक्ष श्री सतेन्द्र सिंह के संयुक्त नेतृत्व में मार्च निकाला गया था. मौके पर सीपीआई के पूर्व सांसद भुनेश्वर प्रसाद मेहता,  राज्य सचिव महेन्द्र पाठक, झामुमो के जिला सचिव डॉ हेमलाल कुमार मेहता हेमू, केन्द्रीय सदस्य समनुर मंसुरी, पूर्व केन्द्रीय सदस्य रामशरण विश्वकर्मा, पूर्व केन्द्रीय सदस्य अन्तु तिर्की, जिला उपाध्यक्ष अश्विनी शर्मा, जनक नायक, बीरू साहु, कलाम आजाद, रामानन्द बेदिया,  आदिल इमाम,  जुलफीकार खान, प्रदीप भोगता  सुजीत उपाध्याय, कांग्रेस के संजय पासवान, चंद्र रश्मि, गुलज़ार अहमद,  सुषमा उरांव, अशोक महतो, ललित केरकेट्टा,  आशुतोष वर्मा, पुष्पा बरदेवा, नौशाद आलम, कयुम अन्सारी, विनोद कुमार, हीरा लाल, अनवर, मो अफरोज, मो ताहिर, विनोद दास, सनाउल्लाह हक, उदय दास, रजनी चन्द्र पाहन, होजेफा अन्सारी, सागर मुण्डा, मोजाहिद हुसैन, फैयाज शाह, प्रवीन महतो, मकबुल अहमद आजाद, अनिल पासवान,  सुभाष प्रजापति, शम्भु दास, अजय मुण्डा, रंजीत रजक, अख्तर मंसुरी, प्रदीप भोगता, अबुल कलाम आजाद, मो हासमी, मरियानुस मिंज के अलावा हजारों कार्यकर्ता शामिल थे।
