खलारी। पानी और हैवी ब्लास्टिंग की समस्या को लेकर रविवार की सुबह में नया धौड़ा के ग्रामीणों ने युसीडब्लूयू के असंगठित अध्यक्ष जितेंद्र सिंह के नेतृत्व में डकरा खदान का काम को बंद करा दिया। इस दौरान जितेंद्र सिंह ने कहा कि डकरा प्रबंधन के द्वारा नया धौड़ा में पानी सप्लाई के लिए पाइप लाइन दिया हुआ है, जिसके टुट जाने से धौड़ा में पानी सप्लाई नही हो पा रहा है। पानी के नही मिलने से ग्रामीणों को काफी परेशानी का सामना करना पड़ रहा है। वहीं मौके पर उपस्थित युसीडब्लूयू के क्षेत्रीय सहसचिव अशोक राम ने कहा कि डकरा खदान में लगातार हैवी ब्लास्टिंग हो रही है। जिससे की खदान के बगल स्थित नया धौड़ा, प्रगति नगर, चाणक बस्ती सहित आसपास का क्षेत्र प्रभावित हो रहा है। हैवी ब्लास्टिंग से कच्चे मकान क्षतिग्रस्त हो रहे है। उन्होने कहा कि अगर प्रबंधन हैवी ब्लास्टिंग को कम नही किया गया तो युसीडब्लूयू के बैनर तले जोरदार आंदोलन होगा। इस दौरान जितेंद्र सिंह एवं अशोक राम ने डकरा मैनेजर एलएन राणा से मोबाइल पर बात की। जिसमें मैनेजर श्री राणा के द्वारा पाइप लाइन की गड़बड़ी को जल्द ठीक कर पानी सप्लाई को सुचारू रूप से शुरू करवाने का आश्वासन दिया। साथ ही हैवी ब्लास्टिंग को कम करने पर सकारात्मक पहल करने का भी आश्वासन दिया। जिसके बाद ग्रामीणों ने बंद को वापस ले लिया। बंद के दौरान अरविंद सिंह, छोटू राम, अनिता लोहार, सुनीता लोहार, सुनील, राजू, सूरज कुमार, प्रति देवी, अंजलि कुमारी, सोनू, अनिल कुमार सहित काफी संख्या में ग्रामीण शामिल थे।
