आरकेएमयू के पदाधिकारीयों ने नव पदस्थापित एनके महाप्रबंधक सुजीत कुमार से की शिष्टाचार मुलाकात

डकरा। राष्ट्रीय कोयला मजदूर यूनियन के पदाधिकारीयों ने सोमवार को एन के क्षेत्र के नव पदस्थापित महाप्रबंधक सुजीत कुमार से शिष्टाचार मुलाकात किया। यूनियन के एरिया सचिव सुनील कुमार सिंह के नेतृत्व में महाप्रबंधक को गुलदस्ता भेंट कर उनका स्वागत किया गया। इस दौरान यूनियन पदाधिकारियों ने क्षेत्र की मुलभुत  समस्याओं पर महाप्रबंधक का ध्यान आकृष्ट कराया। यूनियन की ओर से कहा गया कि क्षेत्र में कार्मिक अधिकारी की कमी के कारण श्रमिकों की समस्याओं का निराकरण होने की गति काफी धीमी है, जिसके कारण क्षेत्र में औद्योगिक विवाद हो रहा है। वहीं दुसरी ओर बताया गया कि ग्रामीणों और विस्थापितों की जमीन की समस्याओं को लटकाए रखने से परियोजनाओं का विस्तारीकरण कार्य भी प्रभावित हो रहा है। इसके अलावा केडीएच परियोजना में डंपर ऑपरेटर की कमी के कारण उत्पादन कार्य प्रभावित होना, श्रमिको के आवासों की जर्जर स्थिति सहित अन्य समस्याओं की ओर ध्यान आकृष्ट कराया गया। समस्याओं से अवगत होने पर महाप्रबंधक ने परियोजना के विकास एवं श्रमिकों की समस्याओं का समाधान करने व सकारात्मक सहयोग करने का भरोसा दिया। इस दौरान राघव चौबे, धीरज कुमार, सूरेन्द्र चौहान, सरिता, बिदेशी गंझू, शिवनारायन गंझू सहित यूनियन के अन्य सदस्य उपस्थित थे।
