अदाणी पावर प्लांट परिसर में राष्ट्रीय प्रशिक्षुता जागरूकता कार्यशाला, पांच जिले के 15 से अधिक आईटीआई के प्रतिनिधियों व छात्रों ने लिया हिस्सा

गोड्डा : प्रशिक्षुता प्रशिक्षण को बढ़ावा देने और प्रशिक्षुता योजना के बारे में युवाओं/प्रतिष्ठानों के बीच जागरूकता पैदा करने के लिए, क्षेत्रीय व कौशल विकास और उद्यमिता निदेशालय ने कौशल विकास और उद्यमिता निदेशालय के सहयोग से गोड्डा में एक दिवसीय राष्ट्रीय प्रशिक्षुता जागरूकता कार्यशाला का आयोजन किया गया। कार्यक्रम बुधवार को अदाणी पावर प्लांट स्थित सभागार में आयोजित किया गया. कार्यक्रम का उद्धाटन मुख्य अतिथि गोड्डा-डीएफओ मौन प्रकाश, झारखंड कौशल विकास और उद्यमिता निदेशालय के क्षेत्रीय निदेशक बी के सिंघा, उप निदेशक पी के मांडवी, सहायक निदेशक हिमांशु अदाणी पावर के प्लांट हेड प्रसून चक्रवर्ती, गोड्डा की नियोजन पदाधिकारी पद्मा कुमारी व अन्य गणमान्य अतिथियों ने दीप प्रज्जवलित कर किया.

कार्यशाला को संबोधित करते हुए, झारखंड कौशल विकास और उद्यमिता निदेशालय के क्षेत्रीय निदेशक श्री सिंघा ने कहा कि ऐसी कार्यशालाओं का उद्देश्य राष्ट्रीय प्रशिक्षु संवर्धन योजना (एनएपीएस) के तहत प्रशिक्षण और लाभों पर प्रतिष्ठानों के बीच जागरूकता पैदा करना है। बता दें कि केन्द्र सरकार के दिशा-निर्देश पर कौशल विकास और उद्यमिता निदेशालय की ओर से देश भर इस तरह की कार्यशाला का आयोजन कराया जा रहा है। झारखंड राज्य में भी कुल सात “अप्रेंटिसशिप अवेयरनेस वर्कशॉप” का आयोजन किया जाना है, जिनमें से अबतक पांच कार्यशालाएं रांची, धनबाद, जमशेदपुर, आईआईएम रांची और पलामू में आयोजित की जा चुकी हैं, जबकि छठा राष्ट्रीय प्रशिक्षुता जागरूकता संथाल परगना के गोड्डा में आयोजित किया गया। इसमें देवघर, जामताड़ा और पाकुड़ के तकरीबन 15 से अधिक सरकारी और प्राइवेट आईटीआई के प्रतिनिधियों के अलावा स्थानीय उद्योगों और पॉलिटेक्निक छात्रों ने भाग लिया। अपने भाषण में मुख्य अतिथि मौन प्रकाश ने गोड्डा जिले में कार्यशाला आयोजित करने के लिए आयोजकों की सराहना की और कौशल को प्रोत्साहित करने और उद्योगों के लिए योग्य कार्यबल की मांग को पूरा करने के लिए इस तरह के और अधिक कार्यक्रम आयोजित करने पर जोर दिया। अदाणी पावर के प्लांट हेड ने युवाओं को ज्ञान के आधार के साथ खुद को अद्यतन और उन्नत करने और वर्तमान बाजार तकनीकी रुझानों के साथ आधुनिक कौशल सेट हासिल करने की सलाह दी। उन्होंने जानकारी देते हुए कहा कि इसी साल शुरू हुए गोड्डा पावर प्लांट में सरकार के दिशा-निर्देश का पालन करते हुए स्थानीयता को आधार बना कर न सिर्फ रोजगार मुहैया कराया जा रहा है बल्कि हाल ही में 40 से ज्यादा युवाओं को अपरेंटिसशिप के लिए चयनित करके उन्हें प्रशिक्षण दिया जा रहा है। अपने समापन भाषण में, कौशल विकास और उद्यमिता निदेशालय के उप निदेशक श्री मांडवी ने प्रशिक्षुता जागरूकता कार्यक्रम को बढ़ावा देने में और कौशल विकास कार्यक्रमों पर प्रधानमंत्री के फोकस का भी उल्लेख किया और कहा कि उनकी प्रेरणा प्रभावी और कुशल तरीके से कौशल विकास प्रशिक्षण में युवाओं की भागीदारी को बढ़ावा देने के लिए राष्ट्र का मार्गदर्शन कर रही है.
