साइबर अपराधियों की जब्त होगी संपत्ति,फर्जी पते पर सिम देने वालों पर भी दर्ज होगा मुकदमा

रांची – झारखंड पुलिस मुख्यालय से गुरुवार को प्रभारी डीजीपी एमवी राव ने सभी जिलों के एसएसपी-एसपी व रेंज डीआइजी के साथ प्रदेश में बढ़ते साइबर क्राइम व इसकी रोकथाम के मुद्दे पर वीडियो कांफ्रेंसिंग की।उन्होंने जिलों को आदेश दिया है कि साइबर क्राइम की रोकथाम के लिए लोगों में जागरूकता आवश्यक है।इसके लिए पुलिस व्यापक स्तर पर विभिन्न माध्यमों से आम जनता को साइबर क्राइम व इसके रोकथाम को लेकर जागरूकता अभियान चलाएगी।

इसके लिए पोस्टर वार,पर्चा,टेलीविजन,समाचार पत्र व वेबिनार आदि माध्यम का सहारा लिया जाएगा।इतना ही नहीं,चिह्नित साइबर अपराधियों की संपत्ति को जब्त करने और ऐसे अपराधियों के विरुद्ध सुसंगत धाराओं में कानून सम्मत कार्रवाई करने की भी कार्रवाई होगी।फर्जी पते पर सिमकार्ड बेचने वालों के विरुद्ध मुकदमा दर्जन करने का भी आदेश दिया गया है।यह भी कहा गया है कि वैसे पुराने साइबर अपराधियों का पता लगाना है,जो जमानत पर बाहर आ गए हैं।वर्तमान में उनकी गतिविधियों की जानकारी लेनी है और संदिग्ध मिलने पर उनके जमानत को रद कराने की कोशिश करनी है।साइबर क्राइम के मामले में मजबूत अनुसंधान के साथ ज्यादा से ज्यादा ट्रायल कराना है ताकि ऐसे अपराध करने वालों में भय उत्पन्न हो।इसके लिए पुलिस अफसरों को विशेषज्ञों के माध्यम से प्रशिक्षण दिलाना है।जिलों के एसएसपी-एसपी को साइबर अपराध के हॉट स्पॉट को भी चिह्नित करने को कहा है,जहां अनुसंधान को मजबूती के साथ फोकस किया जा सके।
