उच्च शिक्षा के विकास में PM USHA मिल का पत्थर है

शिक्षकों की कमी पर ध्यान देने की आवश्यकता है: श्रीमती अन्नपूर्णा देवी

पिछले 10 वर्षों में भारत के शिक्षा के क्षेत्र में जो युगांतरकारी उपलब्धियां हासिल की गई है उसमें PM USHA मिल का पत्थर है। यह PM RUSA का नया संस्करण है। उक्त बातें माननीय केंद्रीय शिक्षा राज्य मंत्री एवं कोडरमा के माननीय सांसद श्रीमती अन्नपूर्णा देवी ने कही। वे आज बतौर मुख्य अतिथि विनोबा भावे विश्वविद्यालय के स्वामी विवेकानंद सभागार में प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेंद्र मोदी द्वारा प्रधानमंत्री उच्चतर शिक्षा अभियान के तत्वाधान में बहु अनुशासनात्मक शिक्षा एवं अनुसंधान विश्वविद्यालय MERU कार्यक्रम के शुभारंभ के अवसर पर संबोधन कर रही थी।

उन्होंने कहा कि 2047 में हम स्वतंत्रता के 100 वर्ष मनाएंगे। उस समय हम कैसा भारत चाहते हैं इसी को निर्धारित करता है प्रधानमंत्री जी का विकसित भारत अभियान। इसमें शिक्षा क्षेत्र का महत्वपूर्ण योगदान होगा। यही कारण है की विश्वविद्यालय के सशक्तिकरण पर इतनी बड़ी राशि का निवेश किया जा रहा है।

झारखंड बिहार से केवल विनोबा भावे विश्वविद्यालय को इतनी बड़ी राशि उपलब्ध कराए जाने पर श्रीमती अन्नपूर्णा देवी ने विनोबा भावे विश्वविद्यालय की ओर से प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेंद्र मोदी एवं शिक्षा मंत्री धर्मेंद्र प्रधान को धन्यवाद दिया। उन्होंने कहा कि विनोबा भावे विश्वविद्यालय के 32 वर्ष हो गए हैं। उन्होंने आगे कहा: “मैं आज इस मंच से आग्रह करती हूं कि हम सब विकसित भारत बनाने के संकल्प के साथ आज से ही कार्य प्रारंभ करें।”

श्रीमती अन्नपूर्णा देवी ने कहा “हमारे विद्यार्थियों में प्रतिभा की कमी नहीं है। सिर्फ उन्हें अवसर उपलब्ध कराने की जरूरत है।”

राज्यों को उच्च शिक्षा प्रणाली में सुधार करने के कार्य करने पड़ेंगे। उन्होंने दुख व्यक्त करते हुए कहा कि शिक्षकों की कमी पर भी ध्यान देने की आवश्यकता है।

उन्होंने आगे बताया कि उच्च शिक्षा में अनुसूचित जाति अनुसूचित जनजाति एवं महिलाओं के साथ-साथ कुल नामांकन में वृद्धि, विश्व में स्टेम शिक्षा कार्यक्रम में सर्वाधिक महिलाओं को जोड़ने वाला राष्ट्र बनने की ख्याति, भारतीय भाषाओं में उच्चतर स्तर तक अध्ययन-अध्यापन जैसे कई बिंदुओं के माध्यम से नई शिक्षा नीति ने सभी को आगे बढ़ने का कार्य प्रारंभ किया है।
