“राजनीतिक कार्यक्रमों का आयोजन विश्वविद्यालय में ना हो केंद्रीय अनुदान का सदुपयोग हो”: श्री मनीष जायसवाल

हजारीबाग – हजारीबाग के नागरिकों की ओर से मैं 99.79 करोड़ रुपए अनुदान के लिए अपने प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेंद्र मोदी जी को धन्यवाद देता हूं। मैं आशा करता हूं कि विनोबा भावे विश्वविद्यालय में इस बड़ी राशि का सदुपयोग होगा। उक्त बातें हजारीबाग के माननीय विधायक श्री मनीष जायसवाल ने कही।

श्री जायसवाल ने बताया कि भारत के कुल 1050 विश्वविद्यालयो में विनोबा भावे विश्वविद्यालय की स्थिति 416 है। विश्वभर के विश्वविद्यालयों में विनोबा भावे विश्वविद्यालय का स्थान 8852 है। कई प्रकार के सरकारी आंकड़ों को बताते हुए श्री जायसवाल ने बताया कि आज भी झारखंड एवं विनोबा भावे विश्वविद्यालय कई मामलों में काफी पिछड़ा हुआ है। विश्वविद्यालय के 32 वर्ष की यात्रा पूरी करने के बाद यह बहुत उत्साहवर्धक नहीं है।

हमें आज अपने विश्वविद्यालय को भारत के शीर्ष 10 विश्वविद्यालयों की श्रेणी में लाने का संकल्प लेना होगा। प्राप्त अनुदान के सदुपयोग से हम इस दिशा में निश्चित आगे बढ़ेंगे।

हाल के दिनों में जिला प्रशासन द्वारा विश्वविद्यालय परिसर में सरकारी कार्यक्रम आयोजन करने पर जोरदार प्रहार करते हुए श्री मनीष जायसवाल ने कहा कि इन्हीं सब कारणों से हमारे विश्वविद्यालय पिछड़ जाते हैं। उन्होंने व्यंग्य भरे अंदाज में कहा कि मैं उन सब को सलाम करता हूं जिन लोगों ने ऐसे कार्यक्रमों की अनुमति दी, जिन लोगों ने इस कार्यक्रम को आयोजित किया और जिन लोगों ने इस कार्यक्रम के आयोजन को चुपचाप बर्दाश्त किया। यदि इस प्रकार विश्वविद्यालय परिसर का दुरुपयोग होता रहेगा तो सरकार कितनी भी पैसे खर्च करें विश्वविद्यालय की स्थिति  बिगड़ी रहेगी।
