हजारीबाग – विनोबा भावे विश्वविद्यालय हजारीबाग के विवेकानंद सभागार में आयोजित कार्यक्रम में मौजूद माननीय शिक्षा राज्य मंत्री, भारत सरकार, श्रीमती अन्नपूर्णा देवी से स्नातकोत्तर शिक्षक संघ ने मुलाकात कर एक ज्ञापन सौंपा। मौके पर मौजूद हजारीबाग सदर के माननीय विधायक श्री मनीष जायसवाल की उपस्थिति में संघ के अध्यक्ष डॉ. कृष्ण कुमार गुप्ता एवं सचिव डॉ विनोद रंजन ने कार्यरत शिक्षकों की प्रोन्नति एवं वित्तीय लाभ से झारखंड सरकार द्वारा शिक्षकों को वंचित रखे जाने के रवैया से मंत्री जी को अवगत कराया। उन्होंने कहा कि यूजीसी के दिशा निर्देशों को झारखंड सरकार समय से अधिसूचित तो करती ही नहीं है। विलंब से किए गए अधिसूचना में मनमाने तरीके से अतिरिक्त बंदेजो का प्रावधान जोड़कर प्रक्रिया एवं अर्हता को काफी जटिल बना देती है। फलतः लंबे समय से शिक्षक प्रोन्नति एवं अन्य वित्तीय लाभों से वंचित रहने को विवश हैं। यह केवल शिक्षकों के लिए नहीं बल्कि उच्च शिक्षा के लिए भी प्रतिकूल स्थिति है।

माननीय मंत्री ने संघ को तत्संबंधी विस्तृत बातचीत के लिए आमंत्रित किया एवं आश्वासन देते हुए इस मुद्दे पर कार्रवाई का भरोसा दिलाया।

हजारीबाग के माननीय विधायक श्री मनीष जायसवाल द्वारा विश्वविद्यालय परिसर मे जिला प्रशासन द्वारा लगातार किए जाने वाले राजनीतिक-सरकारी आयोजनों को अनुचित बताते हुए अविलंब ऐसे आयोजनों से विश्वविद्यालय परिसर को मुक्त रखने की मांग का स्नातकोत्तर शिक्षक संघ ने पुर्जूर स्वागत किया।
