तुमांग पंचायत भवन में ग्रामीणों की बैठक में अनापत्ति प्रमाण पत्र को लेकर चर्चा

खलारी। तुमांग पंचायत भवन में सोमवार को तुमांग के ग्रामीणों की बैठक मुखिया संतोष कुमार महली तथा संचालन अमृत भोगता ने किया।बैठक में पंचायत के मुखिया संतोष कुमार महली ने बताया कि दस मिलियन की रोहिणी करकट्टा ओसीपी के अनापत्ति प्रमाण पत्र को लेकर ग्राम सभा जल्द ही किया जाना है।जिस पर अनापत्ति प्रमाण पत्र पर चर्चा करते हुए ग्रामीण व विस्थापितों ने अपने अपने विचार दिए।उपस्थित ग्रामीण विस्थापितो ने कहा कि रोहिणी करकट्टा ओसीपी चालू करने के लिए ग्रामीण विरोधी नही है लेकिन प्रबंधन के पूर्व के कार्यो एवं विस्थापित गांवों की उपेक्षा को देखते हुए ग्रामीण सोचने को विवश है।ग्रामीणों ने बताया कि पुर्व में कई गांव को विस्थापित किया गया लेकिन आजतक उनके विकास और सुविधा के लिए कोई कार्य नही हुआ। वही पेटपेट को कॉलोनी में विस्थापित किया गया लेकिन आजतक कोई सुविधा तथा पुनर्वास उपलब्ध नहीं कराया गया।वही रोहनिया टॉड को पुनर्वास देकर बिरसानगर में बसाया गया और आजतक कोई भी सुविधा उपलब्ध नहीं कराया गया है।साथ ही खदान विस्तारीकरण को लेकर प्रबंधन के द्वारा ग्रामीणों को अबतक कोई भी स्पष्ट रूप से कोई भी सटीक जानकारी नहीं दिया गया है कि किस तरह से खदान विस्तारीकरण में कितना घर गांव को विस्थापित करने की क्या योजना है।साथ ही ग्रामीणों के साथ बैठक कर कोई भी स्पष्ट जानकारी नहीं दिया जा रहा है।प्रबंधन को गांव में ग्रामीणों के साथ बैठक कर जानकारी देना होगा कि उसकी रोहिणी करकट्टा ओसीपी को लेकर भी विस्थापन, पुनर्वास सहित अन्य क्या कार्ययोजना है।विस्थापित को मिलने वाले सुविधा के बारे में सही बात प्रबंधन को बतानी चाहिए ।बैठक में पंचायत समिति सदस्य सहदेव महली,उप मुखिया कोलेश्वर मुंडा, मुकद्दर कुमार,अमृत भोगता, लहसन भोगता,शिवनाथ भोगता,बहुरा मुंडा, वन समिति अध्यक्ष उमेश लोहरा,सचिव रामलगन मुंडा,रमेशर भोगता,राजीव प्रसाद,नंदू मेहता,पंकज मुंडा,किसुन मुंडा,मुरारी मेहता,अमर साव,राधवा मुंडा,छोटन भोगता, रवि भोगता,रामलगन मुंडा,प्रदीप कुमार, रवि वर्मा,जितेंद्र यादव,गोपाल सिंह, छोटु राम,लालू, रिझु, सूरज,जफरुद्दीन अंसारी, गुड्डू साव ,शुक्रमनी देवी,कौशल्या देवी, यशोदा देवी सहित कई ग्रामीण मौजूद थे।
