झारखंड नर्सरी के पुर्व संचालक से क्षतिपूर्ति राशि 7. 3 करोड़ भुगतान की पीटर लकड़ा ने की मांग

 जान-माल की सुरक्षा को लेकर न्याय की लगाई गुहार

हजारीबाग – दिवंगत क्रिस्टोफर लकड़ा की हत्या के मुख्य अभियुक्त वीरेंद्र प्रसाद मेहता के ऊपर छतिपूर्ती की राशि 7. 3 करोड़ भुगतान कराने को लेकर सदर अनुमंडल पदाधिकारी को डिपुगढ़ा निवासी क्रिस्टोफर लकड़ा के भाई द्वारा एक लिखित आवेदन देकर न्याय की गुहार लगाई है।

आवेदन में कहा गया है कि विगत 1 मार्च 2017 से 29 फरवरी 2024 तक फर्जी लीज इकरारनामा के आधार पर विगत 7 वर्षों से अवैध रूप से नर्सरी संचालित किया गया और करोड़ों की आमदनी किया इसके बावजूद जमीन के मूल मलिक को एक भी रुपया अदा नहीं किया गया। जिसको लेकर मजबूरन सदर अनुमंडल पदाधिकारी को पीटर लकड़ा ने आवेदन देकर क्षतिपूर्ति अदा करने की न्याय की गुहार लगाई।

स्व.क्रिस्टोफर लकड़ा के परिजनों ने कहा कि हालांकि वह लीज जो वीरेंद्र प्रसाद मेहता के पास था जालसाजी के द्वारा बनाया गया था और फर्जी था। मगर फिर भी उसी एकारारनामा के आधार पर भी लीज इकरारनामा की अवधि समाप्त हो चुकी है जिसको लेकर क्रिस्टोफर लकड़ा के परिजनों ने अपने हक अधिकार की भूमि पर अपना अधिकार वापस लिया। जिसको लेकर आरोपी के द्वारा लगातार जान मारने की धमकी दी जा रही है जमीन से हट जाने की भी लगातार धमकियां मिल रही है जिसको लेकर क्रिस्टोफर लकड़ा के परिजन डरे सहमे हुए हैं। जिसको लेकर उन्होंने प्रशासन से न्याय की गुहार लगाई है कहा कि हम आदिवासी समाज के लोगों के ऊपर निरंतर प्रताड़ित करने का काम किया जा रहा है राज्य में आदिवासी की सरकार है आदिवासी मुख्यमंत्री है इसके बावजूद हमें न्याय के लिए दर-दर भटकना पड़ रहा है।

कहा कि विरेन्द्र प्रसाद मेहता के द्वारा हमारी हक अधिकार की उक्त भूमि पर मतस्य पालन को नष्ट करवाया, बहुमूल्य पेड़ पौधों को जला दिया, हमें कृषि कार्य करने के अलावा अन्य उद्योग व्यवसाय करने में बाधा किया। मेरे और मेरे पूरे परिवार की जीविकोपार्जन को रोका गया। साथ ही विभिन्न प्रकार से मेरे तथा परिवार के आदिवासी अनुसूचित जनजाति का होने के कारण आर्थिक, मानसिक तथा शारीरिक रूप से उत्पीड़न का सामना करने के लिए मजबूर किया गया एवम् हमारे बड़े भाई क्रिस्टोफर लकड़ा की हत्या कथित भूखंड के परिसर में वीरेंद्र प्रसाद मेहता द्वारा कराई गई है जिसका प्राथमिकी संख्या -155/21 दिनाँक 26-11-2021 US 302/34 IPC का मुख्य आरोपी बनाया गया है।

कहा कि वीरेन्द्र प्रसाद मेहता और उन‌की पत्नी किरण देवी से हमारे कथित भूखण्ड पर पिछले सात वर्षों से १ लाख रु. प्रति एकड़ प्रतिमाह की दर से 8.54 एकड़ भूमि पर लगभग 7.20 करोड़ राशि का नुकसान हुआ है। भरपाई के लिये वीरेन्द्र प्रसाद मेहता और उसकी पत्नी से मुझे एवं मेरे पूरे परिवार को कथित राशि भुगतान कराया जाए एवं जमीन के मिट्टी की उर्वरता को पुर्नस्थापित कर साफ-सफाई खेती व अन्य व्यावसायिक कार्य लायक बनाने के लिए कुल राशी लगभग 10 लाख रुपए वीरेन्द्र प्रसाद मेहता से अतिरिक्त राशि के रूप में दिलवाने के लिए आवश्यक पहल कराई जाए।
