विश्वविद्यालय अर्थशास्त्र विभाग, NSS इकाई 1 ने अंतरराष्ट्रीय महिला दिवस के उपलक्ष्य में ‘महिला सशक्तिकरण और बजट 2024-25’ विषय पर एक संगोष्ठी का आयोजन किया। इस सेमिनार का उद्देश्य महिला सशक्तिकरण के मुद्दों और नए बजट के प्रभावों का गहन विश्लेषण करना था।

इस आयोजन में डॉ. एस. एम. कैसर, डॉ. इफ्शा खुर्शीद, और डॉ. उमेंद्र सिंह (NSS इकाई 1 के समन्वयक) जैसे विख्यात शिक्षक उपस्थित थे। छात्रों ने महिलाओं की आर्थिक स्वतंत्रता, शिक्षा, स्वास्थ्य, और राजनीतिक भागीदारी में वृद्धि पर चर्चा की। बजट 2024-25 के विश्लेषण ने इस दिशा में सरकार की पहलों और योजनाओं पर प्रकाश डाला।इस सेमिनार ने छात्रों, शिक्षकों, और उपस्थित लोगों को महिला सशक्तिकरण के महत्व को समझने में मदद की और इसे बढ़ावा देने के लिए सकारात्मक दिशानिर्देश प्रदान किए।
