सीएम ने 639 करोड़ की लागत से बननेवाली पीरटाड़ लिफ्ट सिंचाई परियोजना की आधारशिला रखी, 165 गांवों के लाखों किसानों को होगा फायदा

गिरिडीह : जैनधर्म के तीर्थराज सम्मेद शिखर मधुबन में रविवार को राज्य के मुख्यमंत्री चंपाई सोरेन ने 639 करोड़ की लागत से बननेवाली पीरटाड़ लिफ्ट सिंचाई परियोजना की आधारशिला रखी। सीएम बनने के बाद तीसरी बार गिरिडीह पधारे सीएम सोरेन ने कहा कि गिरिडीह के विधायक सुदिव्य कुमार सोनू द्वारा किये गये अथक प्रयास का प्रतिफल है कि झारखड के दिशोम गुरु की कर्मस्थली में मेगा लिफ्ट सिंचाई परियोजना का लाभ नक्सल प्रभावित अति पिछड़े प्रखण्ड पीरटांड़ की 17 पंचायतों के 165 गांवों के लाखों लोगों को मिलेगा। किसानों के खेतों में पाइप लाइन के जरिये सिंचाई की जायेगी. इसके अलावा 100 से अधिक तालाबों में भी पाइप लाइन के जरिये ही सालों भर पानी लबालब भरा रहेगा, जिससे इलाके के लोग मत्स्य पालन भी कर सकेंगे। कार्यक्रम की शुरुआत सीएम एंव अन्य आतिथियों द्वारा दीप प्रज्ज्वलित कर की गई।

डबल इंजन की सरकार ने पीरटांड जैसे पिछड़े इलाकों पर कभी ध्यान नहीं दिया

कार्यक्रम को संबोधित करने हुए मुख्यमंत्री चंपाइ सोरेन ने कहा कि 2019 में पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री हेमंत सोरेन के नेतृत्व में बनी हमारी सरकार राज्य का समुचित विकास कर झारखड को विकसित प्रदेश बनाने की दिशा में सार्थक प्रयास कर रही है। यहां के आदिवासी-मूलवासी भाइयों को रोटी, कपड़ा, मकान के अलावा शिक्षा- स्वास्थ्य एवं खेतों में सिंचाई की सुविधा को लेकर काम कर रही है। इसी कड़ी में आज 639 करोड की लागत से बनने वाली आधुनिक मेगा सिंचाई योजना का शिलान्यास किया गया है। इसके पूरे होने से इस पिछडे क्षेत्र के लाखों किसानों के खेतों को सालों भर पानी मिलेगा जिससे किसान तीन बार खेती कर सकेंगे। सीएम ने कहा कि इस प्रकार की सिंचाई योजना से क्षेत्र की आर्थिक एवं सामाजिक व्यवस्था मजबूत होगी और पलायन रुकेगा. भाजपा पर तंज कसते हुए सीएम ने कहा कि डबल इंजन की सरकार ने पीरटांड जैसे पिछड़े इलाकों पर कभी ध्यान नहीं दिया। महज लुभावने वायदे कर राज्य की जनता को बरगलाने का काम किया। सीएम ने राज्य के लोगों का अहवान किया कि आनेवाले आम चुनाव में भाजपा जैसे ठग और बहुरुपिए सियासी दलों के बहकावे में नहीं आना है। अगर भाजपा की गारंटी पर गये तो पछताना पड़ेगा।

सुदिव्य ने समय पर योजना पूर्ण होने की उम्मीद जतायी 

मौके पर मौजूद क्षेत्र के विधायक सुदिव्य कुमार ने कहा कि आज की तिथि पीरटांड के लिए ऐतिहासिक है। अब इलाके के कृषकों को वर्षा के पानी पर निर्भर नहीं रहना पड़ेगा. इस प्रोजेक्ट के पूरे होने के बाद किसान कई फसल अपने खेतों में उगा सकेंगे। इसके अलावा इलाके के 116 तालाबों में भी सालों भर पानी रहेगा। उन्होंने इस योजना स्वीकृति के लिए पूर्व सीएम हेमंत सोरेन, सीएम चंपाई सोरेन, मंत्री बंसत सोरेन, इरफान अंसारी के प्रति आभार व्यक्त करते हुए उम्मीद जतायी कि समय पर योजना पूर्ण हो, यही आशा करते हैं।

सीएम ने मरांगबुरू मांझीथान में पूजा-अर्चना की

इससे पहले मुख्यमंत्री चंपाई सोरेन रविवार को जैन समुदाय के विश्व प्रसिद्ध तीर्थस्थल सम्मेद शिखर हेलिकॉप्टर से पहुंचे. उनके साथ मंत्री बसंत सोरेन व अन्य के मधुबन पहुंचने पर सदर विधायक सुदिव्य कुमार सोनू, जामताड़ा विधायक इरफान अंसारी, उपायुक्त नमन प्रियेश लकड़ा, एसपी दीपक कुमार शर्मा सहित अन्य ने स्वागत किया। सीआरपीएफ कैम्प में गिरिडीह पुलिस ने मुख्यमंत्री को गार्ड ऑफ ऑनर दिया। मधुबन पहुंचने के बाद मुख्यमंत्री सबसे पहले  पारसनाथ पहाड़ की तलहटी से करीब एक किलोमीटर ऊपर आदिवासी समुदाय के सर्वोच्च पूजा स्थल मरांगबुरू मांझीथान में पूजा-अर्चना की और मांझीथान में मत्था टेका। इस दौरान सीएम ने मांझी हड़ाम को सम्मानित भी किया। पूजा स्थल पर पुजारी सुधीर बाश्के, दिशोम मांझी थान के अध्यक्ष सह मुखिया महावीर मुर्मू और मांझी थान के सदस्य सिकंदर हेंब्रम समेत आदिवासी समुदाय के कई लोग मौजूद थे।
