साजिश के तहत निरीह कामगारों का आशियाना छिनने पर तुले हैं संजय रूंगटा : सेवानिवृत कामगार

फैक्ट्री के आड़ में स्क्रैप के रूप में भारी मशीनों को बेचने के साथ ही कोयले का अवैध करोबार कर क्षेत्र को प्रदुषित कर रहा है प्रबंधन

खलारी। एसीसी कॉलोनी गुलजारबाग में रविवार को एसीसी सेवानिवृत कामगार संघ की एक बैठक अशोक कुमार शुक्ला की अध्यक्षता में की गई। बैठक में सेवानिवृत कामगार व उनके आश्रित शामिल हुए। बैठक में सेवानिवृत कामगारों ने कहा कि संजय रूंगटा द्वारा वृद्ध,विधवा,बीमार व मजबूर कर्मचारियों के आशियाना छीन कर दुसरे बाहरी लोगो के हाथों में बिना कागजात के सिर्फ कब्जा के रूप में बेचा जा रहा है। कहा कि एसीसी के जिस जमीन पर उनलोगो का क्वार्टर बना हुआ है उसका लीज वर्ष 1990 में ही समाप्त हो गया है। कानुन के अनुसार लीज समाप्ति के बाद उक्त जमीन पर सरकार का अधिकार है अर्थात यह सरकारी जमीन है। इसके बावजुद संजय रूंगटा द्वारा उक्त जमीन पर बने क्वार्टर को कानुनी पेंच में डालकर निरीह कामगारों को खाली करने के लिये विवश किया जा रहा है।

कामगारों ने सरकार से लीज भूमि की जांच एजेंसी से कराने का भी मांग किया। कामगारों ने कहा कि फैक्ट्री के आड़ में प्रबंधन स्क्रैप के रूप में भारी मशीनों को बेचने के साथ ही कोयले का अवैध करोबार कर क्षेत्र को प्रदुषित कर रहे है। मजदूरों ने एक स्वर में कहा कि किसी भी कीमत में अपना आशियाना फैक्ट्री प्रबंधन को छिनने नही देंगे चाहे इसके लिये जो भी आन्दोलन करना पड़े। बैठक के अंत में सेवानिवृत कर्मचारियों ने सरकार से मांग किया कि एसीसी की लीज समाप्ति के बाद उक्त क्वाटर को अधिग्रहण कर उसमें तीन पीढ़ी से रहने वाले सेवानिवृत कामगारों व उनके आश्रितों के नाम बन्दोबस्त,लीज या रेंट फिक्स कर रहने दिया जाये ताकि सरकार को राजस्व की प्राप्ति हो सके। बैठक में मुख्य रूप से अशोक कुमार शुक्ला,रामप्रीत यादव,मखन राम,एसएन सिंह,बिरेन्द्र श्रीवास्तव,शंभू सिंह,एमएम मंडल,एसपी चौरसिया,संजय कामत,महमुद,गुलाम रब्बानी,राजा गुप्ता,पलटु उरांव,तजमुल अंसारी,रामविलास,रविन्द्र गंझु,सुनिता कुमारी,फुलवा देवी,शंकर बोदरा,जगदीश सिंह,विध्याचल राम,रामकेशवर सिंह,विजय,बांगीकुई जामुदा सहित अन्य सेवानिवृत कामगार उपस्थित थे।
