खलारी। रैयत विस्थापित मोर्चा रोहिणी शाखा ने अपनी मांगों को लेकर रोहिणी परियोजना को एक ज्ञापन सौंपा है।इससे पूर्व मोर्चा के साथ रैयतों एवं विस्थापितों की बैठक हुई ।बैठक के बाद रोहिणी परियोजना पदाधिकारी जेके सिंह को एक ज्ञापन सौंपा गया। जिसमें रोहिणी करकट्टा ओसीपी परियोजना अन्तर्गत रैयती जमीन पर प्रति एक एकड़ पर नौकरी देने, रोहिणी-करकट्‌टा ओ.सी.पी. परियोजना अन्तर्गत रैयती जमीन का मुआवजा प्रति एकड़ 50 लाख रुपये देने, रैयतों को विस्थापन निति के तहत पुनर्वास की व्यवस्था, सात डीसमील परिवार के हर सदस्य को जमीन के साथ बंदोबस्ती जमाबंदी करने, रैयत ग्रामीणों को रैयत विस्थापित पहचान प्रमाण-पत्र दिए जाने, पुर्नवास स्थल पर रैयतों के लिए सरना स्थल, देवी मंडप, करमा पुजा,सरना,मसना,स्कूल,अस्पताल, खेल मैदान दिए जाने एवं कोयला खनन करने के बाद उक्त भुमि समतलीकरण कर पुनः वृक्षारोपण करने,आउटसोर्सिंग खनन कम्पनी में रैयत विस्थापित ग्रामीणों को 75 प्रतिशत रोजगार हेतु भागीदारी सुनिश्चित किये जाने जैसी मांगों को रखा गया है। साथ ही जिन रैयतों ग्रामीणों को कम जमीन के अभाव में नौकरी नहीं मिल पाया वैसे रैयतों ग्रामीणों को वैकल्पिक रोजगार की व्यवस्या करने,आर एण्ड आर पॉलिसी के तहत विस्तारीकरण में नौकरी एवं मुआवजा रैयत खतियानी ग्रामीण के द्वारा चिन्हीत कर एवं सहमति के बाद ही नौकरी एवं मुआवजा दिए जाने, गैरमजरूआ जमीन के एवज में रैयत ग्रामिणों को रोहिणी परियोजना विस्तारीकरण के दौरान प्रभावित परिवारों को घर का उचित मुआवजा प्रतिव्यक्ति 6 लाख से बढ़ाकर 10 लाख भुगतान करने, साथ ही साथ उन्हें भी पुर्नवास देने, रोहिणी परियोजना के अन्तर्गत मौजा-तुमांग ढुब पेट-पेट के ग्रामिणों का घर सर्वे कर उचित मुआवजा देने, साथ ही पुर्नवास स्थल आरआर साइट को सुनिश्चित करने, परियोजना विस्तारीकरण में कुल अधिगृहित जमीन का नक्शा उपलब्ध कराने की मांग की गई है।इस दौरान ज्ञापन सौपने वाले लोगों में मोर्चा के रोहिणी शाखा अध्यक्ष मुकद्दर कुमार, सचिव अमृत भोगता, लहसन भोगता, शिवनाथ भोगता, लालमणि भोगता,रवि भोगता, रिझु गंझू,छोटन भोगता,मुरारी मेहता आदि शामिल थे।
