श्रमिक संघ के अध्यक्ष अजय राय ने 1994 से कार्यरत 210 कैंपस कर्मियों को नियमित करने की मांग की

रांची : आई.आई.सीएम श्रमिक संघ की बैठक संघ के अध्यक्ष अजय राय ने कहा है कि जो भी कर्मचारी पिछले 10 साल से ऊपर कैंपस के अंदर काम करते आ रहे हैं, उन्हें नियमित नियुक्ति को लेकर संघ की ओर से एक ज्ञापन प्रबंधन को सौंपा जाएगा। बैठक को संबोधित करते हुए संघ के अध्यक्ष अजय राय ने कहा कि इसके स्थापना काल 1994 से यहां लगभग 210 कर्मी विभिन्न साइट पर काम करते आ रहे हैं, जिनका इपीएफ-ईएसआई लगातार कटता आ रहा है। इन परिस्थितियों में न्यायालय की ओर से दिए गए जजमेंट की सारी अहर्ता यहां के कर्मी फुल फिल कर रहे हैं, इन परिस्थितियों में इन्हें नियमित नियुक्ति मिलनी चाहिए। बैठक के उपरांत एक ज्ञापन कार्यपालक निदेशक आई.आई.सीएम, कांके रांची के नाम दिया गया है.

कोर्ट के आदेश का अनुपालन होना चाहिए

ज्ञापन में कहा गया है कि कैंपस के अंदर विभिन साइड में कार्यरत श्रमिकों को विगत 1994 से आई.आई.सीएम के स्थापना काल से लेकर आज तक विभिन्न एजेंसियों के माध्यम से कार्यरत कर्मियों का कार्यकाल लगभग 30 वर्ष होने को है। उमा देवी बनाम कर्नाटका सरकार केस के जजमेंट में यह साफ तौर पर कहा गया है कि जो भी कर्मी पिछले 10 वर्ष से अधिक एक ही जगह कार्यरत हैं,उन्हें सीधी नियुक्ति दें। कैंपस के अंदर कार्यरत लगभग 210 कर्मचारी जिनका ईपीएफ,  ई.एस.आई ग्रेच्युटी कटता आ रहा है और वो न्यायालय के आदेश के उपरांत सभी अहर्ता पूरी कर रहे हैं। बैठक में मनोज सिंह, विजय शर्मा, धर्मेंद्र कुमार, वीर बहादुर सिंह, आलोक झा, अखाय बेहरा, प्रीत यादव, रमेश साहू, सुनील कुमार सहित दर्जनों कर्मी शामिल थे।
