ढुल्लू के खिलाफ सरयू का एक और खुलासा, धनबाद में बेटे के नाम पर खरीदी 2.06 करोड़ की जमीन,तीन अलग–अलग रजिस्ट्री में 80 डिसमिल जमीन के दस्तावेज पेश किये

सरयू राय ने भाजपा के झारखंड प्रभारी लक्ष्मीकांत वाजपेयी सहित शीर्ष भाजपा नेताओं को उपलब्ध कराए कागजात

रांची : बाघमारा विधायक और अब धनबाद से भाजपा प्रत्याशी ढुल्लू महतो पर एक बार फिर निर्दलीय विधायक सरयू राय ने जमीन के मामले में घेरा है. सरयू राय ने भाजपा के झारखंड प्रभारी लक्ष्मीकांत वाजपेयी सहित भाजपा के राष्ट्रीय और राज्य नेताओं को ढुल्लू महतो द्वारा खरीदी गई जमीन का विवरण उपलब्ध कराया है. सरयू राय ने बताया है कि ढुल्लू महतो ने अपने 20 वर्षीय पुत्र प्रशांत कुमार के नाम पर वर्ष 2022 में 2.06 करोड़ की जमीन खरीदी है. श्री राय ने कहा है कि इन भूखंडों की रजिस्ट्री के दस्तावेज की प्रति मेरे पास उपलब्ध है. इन भूखंडों का म्यूटेशन करने के लिए वहां के अंचलाधिकारी कार्यालय में की जा रही कार्रवाई के बारे में आधिकारिक दस्तावेज सार्वजनिक कर रहा हूं. तीन अलग-अलग की गई रजिस्ट्रियों के अनुसार, खरीदे गये भूखंडों का क्षेत्रफल करीब 80 डिसमिल है. ये भूखंड धनबाद के नवाडीह में स्थित है.

सरयू राय ने भूखंडों की खरीद व भुगतेय स्टांप शुल्क का ब्यौरा पेश किया 

भूखंड संख्या -1, ख़रीद की तिथि – 5 जनवरी 2022, भूखंड का क्षेत्रफल – 16 डिसमिल

भूखंड का पता– मौजा-नवाडीह, सर्किल-धनबाद. भूखंड की क़ीमत– 46,75,000 रुपए, स्टाम्प शुल्क भुगतान– 1,87,000 रुपए, भूखंड का क्रेता– प्रशांत कुमार, उम्र– 21 वर्ष, अभिभावक– ढुल्लू महतो, ग्राम-चिटाही, पो.– टुंडू, थाना– बरोरा, बाघमारा, जिला-धनबाद. भूखंड विक्रेता– कामख्या नारायण सिंह, अंबिकापुरम, एलसी रोड, धनबाद, खाता नंबर 36 और 50, प्लॉट नंबर 1623, 1672 और 1624.

सरयू राय ने भाजपा प्रभारी से स्पष्टीकरण देने का आग्रह किया

जमीन के तमाम ब्यौरा पेश करते हुए सरयू राय ने कहा है कि भाजपा के राष्ट्रीय नेताओं, खास कर झारखंड प्रदेश के प्रभारी को अपने ज्ञान के अनुसार स्पष्टीकरण देना चाहिए और पंडित दीनदयाल उपाध्याय की उक्तियों के अनुरूप प्रभारी की भूमिका का निर्वाह करना चाहिए. बता दें कि कुछ दिन पूर्व ढुल्लू महतो की कई कंपनियों में उनके शेयरधारक का जिक्र कर सत्ता के गलियारे में सनसनी फैली दी थी. ढुल्लू महतो ने इसके बाद सरयू राय के खिलाफ कानूनी नोटिस भेजवाया था, जिसे सरयू राय ने यह कहते हुए नोटिस फाड़कर डस्टबीन में फेंक दिया था और कहा था कि अगर उनमें हिम्मत है तो मानहानि का मुकदमा ठोंक दें. इसके दो दिन बाद ही लक्ष्मीकांत बाजपेयी ने चतरा और धनबाद के प्रत्याशी को बदले जाने की चर्चा को खारिज कर दिया था.
