आगामी लोकसभा चुनाव 2024 के निमित सभी मतदान केंद्रों में एश्योर्ड मिनिमम फैसिलिटी से संबंधित अद्यतन स्थिति की जानकारी लेने हेतु उपायुक्त ने की समीक्षात्मक बैठक

गुमला: आज बुधवार को उपायुक्त सह जिला निर्वाचन पदाधिकारी कर्ण सत्यार्थी की अध्यक्षता आगामी लोकसभा चुनाव 2024 के निमित सभी मतदान केंद्रों में एश्योर्ड मिनिमम फैसिलिटी से संबंधित अद्यतन स्थिति की जानकारी लेने हेतु विशेष समीक्षात्मक बैठक का आयोजन किया गया। बैठक में उपायुक्त द्वारा प्रत्येक मतदान केंद्रों की वर्तमान स्थिति की समीक्षा की गई । उपायुक्त ने अविलंब सभी मतदान केंद्रों में बिजली, पानी, एवं भवन मरम्मती जैसे बचे हुए कार्यों को अविलंब पूर्ण करने का निर्देश दिया। उन्होंने महिला बूथों में महिलाओं की सुविधा का विशेष ध्यान रखने का निर्देश दिया। उपायुक्त ने संबंधित अधिकारियों को मतदान केंद्रों का औचक निरीक्षण करते हुए उक्त केंद्रों में उपलब्ध सुविधाओं को देखने की बात कही।

उपायुक्त ने मतदान केंद्रों में सभी खिड़कियों की आवश्यकता अनुसार मरम्मती कराने की बात कही। मतदान केंद्रों में सुरक्षा की व्यवस्था को दुरुस्त रखने हेतु अभी से तैयारी सुनिश्चित कर्ण लेने का निर्देश दिया गया। महिला क्लस्टर्स में महिलाओं की सुविधा को देखते हुए वहां ठहरने के लिए गद्दे एवं अन्य सुविधाओं को भी उपलब्ध कराने का निर्देश दिया गया, ताकि महिलाओं को ठहरने में किसी प्रकार की समस्या न हो।

मतदान केंद्रों में कर्मियों की नियुक्ति को लेकर भी बैठक में चर्चा हुई। उपायुक्त ने मतदान केंद्रों में नियुक्त होने वाले सभी कर्मियों को जल्द से जल्द प्रशिक्षण देने का निर्देश दिया। उन्होंने छुटे हुए मतदाताओं को भी जल्द से जल्द प्रशिक्षण देने को कहा। इसके अलावा अन्य कई मुख्य बिंदुओं पर चर्चा करते हुए उपायुक्त द्वारा आवश्यक दिशा निर्देश दिया गया।

इस दौरान बैठक में मुख्य रूप से उप विकास आयुक्त गुमला, अनुमंडल पदाधिकारी गुमला , अनुमंडल पदाधिकारी चैनपुर, जिला उप निर्वाचन पदाधिकारी गुमला, जिला परिवहन पदाधिकारी, जिला समाज कल्याण पदाधिकारी, डीपीएम JSLPS सहित अन्य संबंधित पदाधिकारी एवं कर्मी मौजूद रखें।
