गिरिडीह डीसी ने कहा-स्वतंत्र एवं निष्पक्ष मतदान संपन्न कराने में सेक्टर एवं पुलिस पदाधिकारी अपनी भूूूूमिका का निर्वाह करें

गिरिडीह : लोकसभा चुनाव व 31 गांडेय विधानसभा उप चुनाव 2024 के निमित्त एएमएफ क्रिटिकल/नॉन क्रिटिकल मैपिंग को लेकर जिला निर्वाचन पदाधिकारी की अध्यक्षता में समाहरणालय में एक महत्वपूर्ण बैठक की गई। मौके पर जिला निर्वाचन पदाधिकारी ने नमन प्रियेश लकड़ा ने कहा कि स्वतंत्र एवं निष्पक्ष मतदान संपन्न कराने में सेक्टर एवं पुलिस पदाधिकारियों का अहम रोल है। उन्होंने सेक्टर– पुलिस पदाधिकारियों को उनके दायित्वों/कार्यों से अवगत कराया। समन्वय के साथ दायित्वों/कार्यों का निष्पादन करने को कहा। उन्होंने कहा कि सेक्टर पदाधिकारी/पुलिस पदाधिकारी संयुक्त रूप से अपने-अपने क्षेत्र अंतर्गत मतदान केंद्रों का भौतिक निरीक्षण करेंगे। मतदान केंद्र में उपलब्ध सुविधाओं का आंकलन करेंगे, केंद्र में एश्योर्ड आफ मिनिमम फैसिलिटी (एएमएफ) का प्रतिवेदन संधारित करेंगे। इसके अलावा जिला निर्वाचन पदाधिकारी द्वारा मतदान केन्द्रों पर निर्वाचन आयोग द्वारा निर्धारित मापदंडों के तहत किये जा रहे कार्यों की अद्यतन स्थिति की सूक्ष्मता से जानकारी ली गई।

डीसी ने दिव्यांग व वरिष्ठ नागरिकों के लिए आवश्यक सुविधाएं उपलब्ध कराने का निर्देश दिया

श्री लकड़ा ने मतदान केन्द्रों पर दिव्यांग एवं वरिष्ठ नागरिकों के लिए आवश्यक बुनियादी सुविधाएं उपलब्ध कराने और क्रिटिकल और वलनरेबल बूथों के चिन्हितीकरण कार्य पर गति लाने का निर्देश दिया। साथ ही बूथों पर एएमएफ के बुनियादी सुविधाओं यथा बिजली, पानी, शौचालय, रैंप की सुविधा को सुनिश्चित करने को कहा। इसके अलावा लोकसभा आम चुनाव, 2024 के दृष्टिगत चुनाव में ड्यूटी के लिए गिरिडीह आनेवाले CAPF बलों के आवासन (रहने) की उचित व्यवस्था को लेकर जिला निर्वाचन पदाधिकारी ने मूलभूत सुविधाओं को सुदृढ़ करने के निर्देश दिए। बैठक में उप विकास आयुक्त, अपर समाहर्ता, सभी कोषांग के नोडल पदाधिकारी, सभी जिलास्तरीय वरीय पदाधिकारी, उप निर्वाचन पदाधिकारी समेत निर्वाचन विभाग के अधिकारी/कर्मी उपस्थित थे।
