गुमला – गुमला जिला सहित , बसिया थाना क्षेत्र में एकाएक मौसम ने मिजाज बदला और अंधड़ , पानी और आकाशीय बिजली ( वज्रपात ) शुरू हो गयी , इसी क्रम में बसिया थाना क्षेत्र स्थित सोलंगबिरा बरटोली के समक्ष , अचानक एक बड़ा पेड़ उखड़ कर , एक चलते ट्रक में गिरा और रास्ते में चल रहे कई राहगीर बाल बाल बचे , परन्तु किसी प्रकार की कोई जान माल की क्षति नहीं हुई , मुख्य सड़क पर उक्त पेड़ गिरने के कारण उक्त रास्ते के दोनों तरफ वाहनों की लम्बी कतार लग गई, बाद में ग्रामीणों के घन्टों मेहनत और सहयोग से उक्त पेड़ को सड़क से काटकर हटाया गया, तब कहीं जाकर आवागमन सुचारू रूप से बहस हुई।
