गुमला – झालसा रांची के निर्देशानुसार, जिला विधिक सेवा प्राधिकार गुमला के तत्वाधान में तथा जिला एवं सत्र न्यायाधीश सह अध्यक्ष जिला विधिक सेवा प्राधिकार गुमला ध्रुव चंद्र मिश्र के मार्गदर्शन में शनिवार को व्यवहार न्यायालय गुमला में विशेष लोक अदालत (मोटर दुर्घटना दावा मामले) का आयोजन किया गया । इस विशेष लोक अदालत में चार बेंचों का गठन किया गया । प्रथम बेंच में प्रेम शंकर एडीजे प्रथम ,दूसरे बेंच में मनोज शर्मा एडीजे द्वितीय ,तीसरे बेंच में भूपेश कुमार एडीजे तृतीय,चौथ बेंच में दोसंजीव भाटिया एडीजे चतुर्थ थे।
इस इस विशेष लोक अदालत में कूल 96 मामले समझौता के लिए रखे गए थे जिसमें दोनों पक्षो की सहमति से समझौता के आधार पर 22 मामलों का निष्पादन किया गया जिसमें कुल 15276497 /- ( एक करोड़ बावन लाख छिहत्तर हजार चार सौ संतानवे )रुपए इंश्योरेंस कंपनियों द्वारा मोटर दुर्घटना पीड़ितों के आश्रितों को दिया गया तथा एक मामला जो 2010 में सिविल कोर्ट से होते हुए उच्च न्यायालय गया था जिसमें उच्च न्यायालय के द्वारा अवार्ड पारित किया गया था तथा बाद एग्जीक्यूशन में चल रहा था जिसका आज निष्पादन हुआ और पीड़ित को मुआवजा का राशि का चेक माननीय जिला जज के द्वारा प्रदान किया गया।
इस विशेष लोक अदालत के अवसर पर प्रधान जिला जज ने बताया की लोक अदालत दोनों पक्षों के समझौता के आधार पर होता है इसलिए इसमें समय, पैसे की बचत के साथ-साथ दोनों पक्ष की जीत भी होती है । मंच संचालन अवर न्यायाधीश सह सचिव जिला विधिक सेवा प्राधिकार राम कुमार लाल गुप्ता ने किया ।
विशेष लोक अदालत उद्घाटन में न्यायिक पदाधिकारी गण, स्थाई लोक अदालत के सदस्य ,बार के अध्यक्ष, अधिवक्तागण , सिविल कोर्ट के कर्मचारी गण,पक्षकार आदि उपस्थित रहे।
