जल महोत्सव पखवाड़ा के अंतर्गत विश्व प्लम्बर दिवस पर जिला स्तरीय कार्यक्रम का आयोजन

गुमला गुमला जिला में पेयजलापूर्ति योजनाओं के बेहतर संचालन एवं रखरखाव, पेयजल संरक्षण और पेयजल प्रबंधन में बेहतर काम करने हेतु सभी प्रखंडों के नल जल मित्रों को वितरित किये गये प्लम्बिंग टूल्स और किया गया सम्मानित, गुमला उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित के निर्देश के आलोक में जल जीवन मिशन के अंतर्गत विश्व प्लम्बर दिवस के अवसर पर समाहरणालय सभागार, गुमला में जल महोत्सव पखवाड़ा के तहत जिला स्तरीय कार्यक्रम का आयोजन किया गया। कार्यक्रम की शुरुआत दीप प्रज्वलन के साथ की गई।

कार्यक्रम के दौरान पेयजल एवं स्वच्छता प्रमंडल, गुमला के कार्यपालक अभियंता अनुज कुमार मिश्रा ने उपविकास आयुक्त का स्वागत करते हुए जल महोत्सव पखवाड़ा के दौरान आयोजित की जाने वाली विभिन्न गतिविधियों की विस्तृत जानकारी दी। उन्होंने कहा कि जल संरक्षण, पेयजल की गुणवत्ता एवं उसके सतत प्रबंधन में नल जल मित्रों की भूमिका अत्यंत महत्वपूर्ण है।
इस अवसर पर जिला समन्वयक एवं कनीय अभियंता पीपीटी के माध्यम से नल जल मित्रों के कौशल विकास के निमित्त तथा झारखंड राज्य पेयजलापूर्ति संचालन एवं सम्पोषण नीति-2025 के संबंध में विस्तारपूर्वक जानकारी दी गई तथा जल जीवन मिशन के उद्देश्यों और ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में इसके महत्व और जल जीवन मिशन मे नल जल मित्रों की भूमिका पर प्रकाश डाला गया।

कार्यक्रम के दौरान पेयजल एवं स्वच्छता के क्षेत्र में सक्रिय योगदान एवं कार्य के लिए 50 नल जल मित्रों को प्लम्बिंग टूल्स, नल जल मित्र प्रमाण पत्र एवं शाल देकर सम्मानित किया गया।
इस अवसर पर उपविकास आयुक्त गुमला,जिला समाज कल्याण पदाधिकारी,जिला कल्याण पदाधिकारी, विभिन्न प्रखंडों से आई जलसहियाएं, विभिन्न पंचायतों के नल जल मित्रगण , सहायक अभियंता, कनीय अभियंता, सभी प्रखंड वॉश समन्वयक सहित अन्य संबंधित पदाधिकारी एवं कर्मी उपस्थित रहे।

कार्यक्रम का संचालन जल जीवन मिशन के जिला समन्वयक सूर्यकान्त सुमन द्वारा किया गया।

घर घर नल से जल की आपूर्ति को बनाये रखने ,लीकेज और पाइपलाइन की मरम्मति, जल गुणवता प्रभावित करने वाले कारणों को ठीक करने एवं ग्रामीण स्तर पर अच्छी जल सेवा सुनिश्चित करने मे नल जल मित्रों की भूमिका को सुदृढ़ करने का संकल्प लिया गया l
