21 जून 2024 अंतर्राष्ट्रीय योग दिवस को लेकर किया जा रहा है प्रचार प्रसार ।

गुमला – गुमला जिला अंतर्गत स्थित सिसई प्रखंड मुख्यालय में योग गुरु सह योग प्रचारक गजराज महतो ने 21 जून अंतराष्ट्रीय योग दिवस को लेकर प्रखण्ड में योग को लेकर ब्यापक प्रचार प्रसार में जुट गए हैं.इसके नामित उन्होंने प्रखण्ड के विभिन क्षेत्रों में लगातार में सात दिनों तक योग एवं ध्यान शिविर लगाकर लोगो को योगाभ्यास कराया और योग के प्रति लोगो को जागरूक किया.साथ ही योग के लाभों की जानकारी दी.

शनिवार को उन्होंने सिसई के छारदा रोड़ स्थित आम बगीचा परिसर मे आसपास के सभी माताऐं, बहनें, युवा, बच्चों को योग कराकर इसका समापन किया.अंतराष्ट्रीय योग दिवस के दिन आयुष मंत्रालय भारत सरकार के द्वारा आश्रम बालिका उच्च विद्यालय कुम्हार मोड़ में सात बजे सुबह से होने वाली योगाभ्यास में शामिल होने का अपील किया.योग गुरु ने कहा जीवन मे योग को अपनाकर स्वस्थ निरोगी जीवन जिया जा सकता है.
