स्कूली शिक्षा विभाग का मादक द्रव्यों के विरुद्ध व्यापक जागरूकता अभियान: 18 से 25 जून तक विभिन्न गतिविधियों का आयोजन

रांची, 13 जून, 2024 – झारखंड शिक्षा परियोजना परिषद द्वारा मादक द्रव्यों और नशीले पदार्थों के विरुद्ध व्यापक जागरूकता अभियान चलाने की घोषणा की गई है। यह अभियान राज्य के स्कूली शिक्षा और साक्षरता विभाग के निर्देशन में 18 जून से 25 जून, 2024 तक सभी स्कूलों में आयोजित किया जाएगा। इस अभियान का उद्देश्य छात्रों को नशीले पदार्थों के दुष्प्रभावों से जागरूक करना है।

अभियान की शुरुआत झारखंड शिक्षा परियोजना परिषद में एक दिवसीय उन्मुखीकरण कार्यक्रम से हुई। कार्यक्रम में स्कूली शिक्षा और साक्षरता विभाग के प्रभारी सचिव श्री उमाशंकर सिंह, झारखंड शिक्षा परियोजना निदेशक श्री आदित्य रंजन, नारकोटिक्स कंट्रोल ब्यूरो के अधीक्षक श्री एस शारिक ओमर, एनसीसी के ग्रुप कमांडेंट कर्नल राजीव कुमार, मेदांता अस्पताल के मनोचिकित्सक श्री पवन कुमार बर्णवाल, और विभिन्न जिलों के शिक्षा, स्वास्थ्य, और पुलिस विभाग के पदाधिकारी तथा गैर सरकारी संगठनों के प्रतिनिधि उपस्थित थे।

जिला स्तर पर प्रशिक्षण और जागरूकता

उन्मुखीकरण कार्यक्रम के दौरान श्री उमाशंकर सिंह ने कक्षा 9 से 12 तक के शिक्षकों और प्राचार्यों को प्रशिक्षण देने की आवश्यकता पर बल दिया। उन्होंने नशे के खिलाफ वन-टू-वन इंटरवेंशन और बाल संसद तथा एसएमसी सदस्यों की भूमिका पर भी प्रकाश डाला।

स्कूलों के आसपास नशीले पदार्थों की बिक्री पर सख्ती

श्री आदित्य रंजन ने स्पष्ट किया कि यदि स्कूलों के आसपास नशीले पदार्थों का सेवन या बिक्री हुई तो स्कूल के खिलाफ सख्त कार्रवाई की जाएगी। उन्होंने बीआरपी/सीआरपी को ऐसे विद्यालयों की सूची बनाने का निर्देश दिया, जिनके आसपास नशीले पदार्थों की बिक्री या सेवन होने का संदेह है।

नारकोटिक्स कंट्रोल ब्यूरो का योगदान

एनसीबी के अधीक्षक श्री एस शारिक ओमर ने बताया कि अब तक 104 किलोग्राम मादक द्रव्यों को सील किया गया है और अभियान निरंतर जारी है। उन्होंने ड्रग्स के कंपल्सिव इस्तेमाल पर चिंता जताई और रोकथाम को समय की जरूरत बताया।

एनसीसी की भूमिका

एनसीसी के ग्रुप कमांडेंट कर्नल राजीव कुमार ने बताया कि झारखंड के 12 जिलों में एनसीसी की 9 यूनिट्स कार्यरत हैं, जो बच्चों को विनय और आत्मसंयमित बना रही हैं।

अभियान की गतिविधियाँ

अभियान के दौरान विभिन्न प्रतियोगिताएं और जागरूकता कार्यक्रम आयोजित किए जाएंगे। 18 जून को क्विज प्रतियोगिता, 19 जून को पोस्टर मेकिंग, 20 जून को निबंध लेखन, 22 जून को प्रभातफेरी, स्पीच, स्लोगन मेकिंग, और पेंटिंग प्रतियोगिताएं होंगी। 24 जून को साइकिल रैली और 25 जून को प्रार्थना सभाओं में जागरूकता संदेश पढ़ा जाएगा। 26 जून को विश्व नशा निवारण दिवस के अवसर पर संकल्प और पुरस्कार वितरण समारोह आयोजित किया जाएगा।
